I had to call customer services regarding a query I had about an upcoming tour. I was very fortunate to have Musa handle my call. He was extremely professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable & made me feel like a very valued customer. He genuinely seemed to want to help & cared about the service he gave. Well done! Good website and had the holiday tour I was looking for. Easy to navigate.

The holiday we picked fitted one of our bucket list items. The site was easy to navigate and options easy to find. Having been on a Newmarket holiday before we know what to expect. On the downside I was disappointed to find Amex was not accepted as a payment option.

We have already taken two Newmarket Holidays trips.
We took up an offer emailed to us and booked another trip for next year. Part of the offer was £100 towards a hotel or parking. We rang the given number and were helped by Jesse. He went to a lot of trouble in order to find us a hotel room that would work for us. His service and demeanour were excellent. He is a credit to the company. Excellent customer service.

I have had to alter a booking due to my wife being ill. I found “Joyce” in the customer service team to be a Wonder Woman as she sorted out my requests and queries with a chuckle and humour
