Excellent customer service
We have already taken two Newmarket Holidays trips.
We took up an offer emailed to us and booked another trip for next year. Part of the offer was £100 towards a hotel or parking. We rang the given number and were helped by Jesse. He went to a lot of trouble in order to find us a hotel room that would work for us. His service and demeanour were excellent. He is a credit to the company. Excellent customer service.

New customers first impressions
We booked our holiday ourselves online but needed to verify some information uso used the request a call back facility twice and both call backs were received within minutes and both advisors were polite, professional, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Never having used this holiday company before it gave a great impression of a very professional outfit and has given us confidence that the holiday experience will be just as positive

Holiday bookin Newmarket Holidays…
I booked a trip to Norway with Newmarket Travel in June 2026 the booking process was easy and efficient, the holidy was in September 26
I also booked an extra excursion Norway in Nutshell which was very expensive at the same time.
About 4 days from departure I had a medical problem
and had to cancel the trip.
I fully understood that I would lose the cost of the holiday but I thought they would refund the excursion costs.
When I contacted them they immediatly told me I had lost all the moneys paid for the holiday and the excursions.
They were not interested in rescheduling or part refunding of any part of the booking.
I was very dissapointed with their attitude and will not book again with Newmarket Holidays
Luckily I had insured with Avanti Go Travel insurance and they were efficient and helpful and paid my claim which covered most of my costs.
I had also booked parking and overnight hotel at Gatwick with APH and they also stepped up and fully refunded me.
Take note Newmarket Holidays it pays to look after the customer.

We are sorry to hear that you had to cancel your holiday with us, we do hope that your medical issue is under control.
We always look after our customers in any way that we can, and make it completely clear what our cancellations terms are.
Cancelling four days before departure means that we incur non refundable costs from all suppliers, airlines, hotels, and excursion providers. This is the exact reason that we advocate taking out a comprehensive insurance cover from the outset and we are pleased to hear that your policy has paid out.
It is very disappointing and rather surprising to hear that on this basis you feel disinclined to book with us again. We hope that on reflection you may have a change of heart at some point.

Great Holiday
The holiday was great. Our guide Michael was excellent and was very good at keeping us informed about the logistics in addition to passing a lot of information about the tours in the local area and country as a whole. The Antiquera Hills hotels was also excellent with good food and the room was spacious, relatively quiet and the beds comfortable. With everything organised we could relax and enjoy our holiday.
