Michaela booked our holiday to the Italian Lakes today. She made the booking process easy and guided us throughout the process. Even when the phones failed, on two occasions, she called us back to complete the booking. She was professional but also very friendly in her approach.

Adriatic Coastal Explorer was an excellent introduction to Titan Travel which totally met our expectations. We have done many cruises but this was totally different from the other ones we have taken. A small three masted ship with 29 passengers with seven crew.

Tour Manager (Boze): On board for the whole of the trip and really enjoyed all the tours, many of which he did himself with help from locally based guides at some ports. One of the nicest knowledgeable and interesting guides we have ever had on a holiday.

Ship: Beautifully maintained externally and internally. Really friendly crew and always smiling. Very comfortable bed in cabin and on deck.

Food: Really good. Amazing bearing in mind only two crew in small galley producing breakfast and lunch every day of the cruise and four dinners all hot and really tasty. Other dinners taken ashore with Boze happy to recommend local restaurants so we could try local specialities.

Itinerary: Beautiful Adriatic towns/villages visited and in October not too many people. Interesting architecture with many different ages from Roman to some interesting modern designs! Krak National Park was the reason for our tour and only slight disappointment was the fact that the waterfalls were not as strong as Croatia had also experienced a very dry summer as had most of Europe. Still beautiful area though.

Travel: pick up from home and return excellent. Croatian Airlines were also good. The planes appeared new and plenty of legroom.

Superb Route 66 Titan Tour with outstanding Tour Manager Steve Pritchard and excellent driver Joe Girouard.(20th Sept, 2026)

Steve's exceptional knowledge, professionalism, planning and organisational skills kept us on track. His lovely personality along with his humour and patience made some of the longer journeys much more enjoyable.

The iconic trip didn't disappoint. Lots of interesting information and sights to see. Quality of hotels was mixed - some were much better than others but generally speaking all were of an acceptable standard. Advice from Steve and Joe of where to eat was well received and didnt disappoint.

Joe's patience and skills were excellent. He was met with a couple of challenging traffic situations which he managed impeccably.

We booked this trip, with Steve Pritchard as Tour Manager because of his outstanding skillset and we knew we were guaranteed a quality experience. Looking forward to the next one.

Recently returned from The Adriatic Coastal Explorer on the MV Amorena. The tour documentation explained that small ships are not suitable for people with mobility issues, however, as a reasonably mobile 88 year old that can climb stairs I found little difficulty. Some of the walking tours were challenging but it was clearly explained what was involved and any alternative arrangements.
The accomodation, condition of the vessel, the crew and the Tour guide were above excellent.
A well managed and very enjoyable holiday where I met some very friendly people.

We loved being in a boat cruising between the islands of Croatia . We have sailed in small boats in the past and this was our first mini cruise. The size and passenger numbers was perfect and the crew and manager Bobby were very keen to make the holiday special for all of us. The places we visited were interesting and the guides knowledgeable.
Lovely weather helped our experience to be the best . Thanks to everyone and see you again soon.

We have just completed the Great Indian Rail Journey and had a wonderful time. Our experience was enhanced by our tour guide Gaj. Nothing was too much trouble, he really went above and beyond to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. We would absolutely recommend his services to anyone

Just home (Oct) from our first Titan tour - Spirit of Andalusia - and it was superb. Nina, Tour Manager, was exceptional - a gifted communicator who made everything run seamlessly, and nothing was too much trouble. Group size (21 ) was perfect, hotels were good, evening meals were variable - but we had some great lunches in local restaurants. Historical cities and sights were fantastic - the Alhambra, Cordoba and the Mezquita, Seville, Ronda, Jerez - and we even fitted in our own little rail adventure to Cadiz on a free day (helped, of course, by the wonderful Nina!) We would highly recommend Titan and are already browsing the brochure for 2027.

We took the Great Indian Rail Journey in September with a group of 12. Titan provided a fantastic local guide, Gaj, who ensured that all train, bus and taxi trips ran smoothly - 5 stars for delivering the itinerary so professionally and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed all the very busy itinerary, especially Shimla and the Taj Mahal which were highlights for us. Hotels were good on the whole with the exception of the Marriott in Agra, where building work and chaotic service lost the one star in the rating. Also worth a mention was the ease of booking and the well arranged and courteous transfer to the airport. So, looking forward to the next experience.

Titan’s Route 66 Tour. September 2026

Magical tour of Route 66, best time ever.
Our lovely driver Joe Girouard kept us safe with steady driving and plenty of stops.
Our amazing guide Steve Pritchard made the magic on this holiday as his knowledge allowed us to experience the essence of Route 66, The Mother Road, the culture and music of American history. Steve’s unlimited knowledge of the towns, cities and places of interest along the whole route gave us a magical experience never to be forgotten. Many many thanks Steve and Joe, hopefully see you on our next holiday

I just got home from my route 66 holiday with my Mum. I wondered what it would be like on a coach tour covering so many miles as I am not a great traveller but I wanted to go to spend time with my mum and also have always dreamt of doing route 66. I can only say that it exceeded all my expectations honestly. The tour manager was Steve Pritchard and Joe was our driver and wow nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I have to specifically call out the last two days because that required some serious driving patience as we encountered some heavy traffic and delays and Joe was a master. His driving is incredible I felt safe everytime I was on the coach and if you know me that says something because I drive myself everywhere I possibly can! The coach was lovely, spacious and clean and also had WiFi which was amazing! Steve was also incredible I really felt like he personally wanted every single person on that holiday to have the best time and he was there to make sure of that. His knowledge of the route was breathtaking and I feel that the route was planned so well that we got to see everything that was worth seeing. Mum and I loved it. The only thing that I would have changed about the holiday was I would have liked 2 nights in LA and one in vegas but that’s personal choice no reflection on the awesomeness of the holiday. I would definitely go on a titan holiday again I was so impressed it was incredible. Plus the group was lovely it was like going on a big holiday with all your friends that you never knew you had! Thank you Titan, Steve and Joe. Memories were made that will last a lifetime! If you are debating route 66 with Titan DO IT!!

Went on Titan Tour of Andalusia, Oct 2026.
Very well organised from chauffeur pick up, to all other transfers, through to chauffeur service home afterwards. Special mention to the Tour Manager Nina Ijacic, who was always cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. And to our excellent coach driver, Antonio. A good selection of sites visited, the Alhambra, Granada, and the Mezquita in Cordoba being highlights. Seville is beautiful.
It was a very fast paced tour with little down time, so a good level of fitness is needed to get the most out of it. Hotels were all ok, clean, modern etc, all a good brisk walk away from the centre; food mostly ok, but just typical hotel chain food, and this got a bit dull as there were no included meals away from the hotels.

Returned from route 66 and our third with titan in total.
So pleased to find our tour manager was Steve Pritchard as he was our tour manager on all inspiring national parks. He was accompanied by his driver Joe Giroud who was an exceptional driver who also gave good advice on places to eat.
Both made a terrific team.
Steve easy manner and depth of knowledge made the trip extra special once again. It also helps when the touring party get on so well.
Our future travel plans include Japan and Canada which are on Steve’s tour plans and our decision to travel will include his participation as the tour guide

We went on the Icelandic Adventure 10 day tour in September 2026. The day of our departure was impacted by an Air Traffic Control outage which led to our flight being cancelled. Our tour group of 20 people were left at Heathrow Airport with minimal communications or assistance. After 4-5 hours we were told that we would be put up overnight in a hotel 85 miles away but there was no transport arranged. We were told to arrange and pay for taxis ourselves costing several hundreds of pounds. Titan left it several hours to give us any direction or assistance. As an escorted tour, we had no escort with us prior to arriving in Iceland. We were abandoned at Heathrow eventually being told there was no more help and we were on our own. My husband and I paid £495 for a taxi from Heathrow to a hotel in Kent as directed by Titan. We haven’t yet been reimbursed a month later. We were told we would be given £45 for subsistence costs. We haven’t been given this either. We missed the first two nights of our 10 day tour, eventually arriving at our hotel 43 hours after we left home. Titan refunded one day of our trip with a generic letter and a letter I sent asking for an explanation of the refund has been ignored. This is a company who make claims about looking after customers but ultimately, have no effective emergency plan when things go wrong and the care stops if the travel blueprint can’t be followed. That’s just not good enough if you’ve paid a lot of money for an escorted tour. You might as well make your own arrangements with the associated risk of travelling independently, but save the cost of using a tour company.

Just came home from Canada rocky mountain trian journey absolutely excellent. Staff were lovely very attentive and friendly would gladly do anything for anyone. Comfortable beds in hotel and the showers 🚿 amazing power loved every minute ❤️ would i recommend yes but very tyring. On the go consistently but in a good and interesting way. The guide was very informative and available for any inconvenience and delt with professionaly and as soon as humanly possible. We had a excellent crew always on time and ready for each day

Alex he was one in a million very knowledgeable about his homeland. He was funny and made us conformable. A true gentleman a friend and we felt as if we had known him for years.

Just returned from my first Titan holiday on the Canadian Odyssey trip, with my best friend...we booked via a travel agent and wow, what an incredible trip!
Everything went smoothly thanks to our amazing tour manager Alex Pasquale 🙏.. he was friendly, caring, professional , great communicator and quietly assertive when needed!
He was so informative and the bonus was that he is Canadian!
Unfortunately I fell over and broke my ankle, but Alex was so attentive and supportive ..in short I felt safe with him around. He is a very caring individual and we made a great group with him at the helm for the duration of the trip.
The staff on The Canadian and The Rocky Mountaineer were brilliant and attentive.
The food on the two trains was absolutely delicious 😋.
Coach drivers Nicole and Byron were amazing...
Nicole in particular was sooo caring and attentive.
I was sceptical having read reviews of some of the hotels, but they were all fine. A couple were a bit dated but all were clean and very comfy beds!
Thoughts for future trips:
1)More time honouring the indigenous people. 2)Slightly longer tour ( maybe 16 days excluding flight days to enable us to have more time in between places to recover and explore )
3)Our travel agency gave us good info from Titan re the different options of sleeping arrangements on The Canadian Train and The Cabin option chosen was a good one ( although navigating a top bunk at 69 was a challenge !)👍.
Some on our trip (who had booked directly with Titan) were not given as much detail ending up with them booking less comfy options as they weren’t aware exactly what the differences were.
So maybe more detailed info.
4)We were both made well aware that The Canadian train is a 3 night stay without getting off.
We found it a great experience and the staff went out of their way to provide all day refreshments…tea/coffee/juice and talks and the availability of games etc.There was also an observation upper deck area, so places to be in the day.
Some of the group however, felt quite claustrophobic and frustrated about the fact that they couldn’t leave the train ( we did for a short walk along the tracks on occasions and at Winnipeg and Edmonton station) so maybe more detailed info as to exactly what this entails.
We were both absolutely overwhelmed with the wonders in this trip from Niagara Falls, to the stunning Lakes, ( Lake Maligne and Spiritual Island were breathtaking) The Rocky Mountaineer, The Athabasca Falls and Glacier and everything in between..an incredible trip with an incredible guide - thank you Alex.

I have just completed the most extraordinary trip to Canada with Titan travel The holiday was seamless from beginning to end
The whole experience was undoubtedly enhanced by our incredible guide Alessandro Gioacckino know to us as Alex
He was able to liase with hotels coach drivers( Nicole and Byron were just the best) and venues to provide us with the best opportunities and experiences through out the holiday
Unfortunately 2 of our party spent time in hospital during the trip
Alex kept in constant touch with both parties ensuring they had support from Titan Wow what can I say about the Rockimountainer
Just a wonderful experience
And finally I just want to say thank you to all the Canadian people we meet during our stay in cafes restaurants and shops etc they are such lovely friendly people

We spent two weeks traveling route 66 it was amazing and made all the better by our tour manage Jay who was so knowledgeable he made every stop intresing and fun he went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our holiday fantastic i highly recommend it especially if Jay is your guide

Albania and North Macedonia in September/ October. As Titan have not given us a feedback form, apparently this is where I should submit my review. We had a very interesting holiday, and were very impressed with our tour manager Kris who was always around to help and solve any problems with humour and patience. Unfortunately the guide we had in Albania (Bris?sp) was very poor, basically repeating the same information every day - I assume that was all he knew - and being quite disrespectful to Kris. He not only helped himself to leftover food at our two restaurant meals but also at the wine tasting when we were heading for the coach he went round finishing all the leftover wine and raki in people's glasses!
The Macedonian guide Ljupčo was of the high standard we would expect on a Titan tour and seemed to have a good relationship with Kris. Both coach drivers were friendly and punctual, I have no idea how anyone could stay sane dealing with Albanian traffic but our driver did, even when we (and everyone else) were completely stuck for about half an hour until some people lifted a badly parked car out of our way! Food wasn't great but we hadn't expected it to be. As usual a few people who weren't up to the 'Active Explorer level 3' slowed down the group and I presume was what led to us having a quick drive on the main road in Berat rather than getting a chance to wander in the Mangalemi quarter, which was a disappointment. Overall amazing scenery, fascinating religious buildings and a little insight into how these countries are working to get themselves ready for EU entry.
