Titan Travel Recenzje

Rita at Customer Services was incredibly helpful as I needed to postpone our trip due to the clash of dates with my original booking and due date of delivery of our first grandchild. She gave me plenty of options and took so much time and trouble to rebook us for a future date. I am so grateful as have been looking forward to this trip for many years and now will be able to be around for my daughter and grandchild plus look forward to escaping several months later! Thank you Rita.

Felt well informed and looked after from the time of booking to return home. All contact with their support teams via telephone were well managed and queries dealt with effectively.
Had the most marvellous, knowledgeable tour guide Anne who did her absolute best to ensure that everyone was looked after and afforded us all the opportunity to see the best of Canada in Banff, Jasper, Sun Peaks, Vancouver giving us all top tips to make sure we got the best out of the experiences. All of the accommodations were excellent. Very comfy beds and clean. Canadian coffee was a much better experience than USA.
Holland America cruise to Alaska was better than expected as had read some reviews and they hadn’t been that good.
Would thoroughly recommend Titan Tour to Canada & Alaska had the most fabulous time seeing so much wonderful scenery. Walked the Columbia Icefield Jasper and love sailing Glacier Bay in Alaska.
I was surprised that I was totally fascinated by the Salmon Run in Ketchikan….,
It’s totally fabulous being picked up from your home and having a driver waiting for you on your return. Making it a truly stress free enjoyable experience

We are just coming to the end of our 6th “adventure” with Titan over the last 10 years. On every trip we have been impressed by the quality of organisation and the attention to detail in the planning and delivery of the holiday. This latest tour has been no different - an experienced and skilled tour manager who worked tirelessly to meet the needs and expectations of each member of the group. We are now trying to decide where Titan can take us next!

Booking was easy. Transport to and from airport good. Unfortunately the boat was very tired with many faults in numerous cabins which crew were aware of but were not fixed ( shower fittings and toilet systems coming off walls). Food provided was very poor. Luckily Croatia was still beautiful. Won’t use Titan again as overall poor value for money. Will go back to agent who provided previous two boat cruises.

I have been on several Titan tours as a solo traveller. They've always been well organised and perfectly curated with an interesting and balanced selection of locations and tours. I saw the California and Golden West tour which I decided I wanted to join in April 2027. Karolina was the perfect Customer Service agent. She was proactive with information, told me exactly what was happening throughout the booking process, called back when she said she would and wasn't pushy at all. Whilst Titan aren't the cheapest, from the booking process, being picked up by a highly professional chauffeur and each tour being excellent, I would highly recommend them.

Easy to book with as l had seen the holiday in a broucher and it was just what we were looking for.

Found Sophie extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Just returned from this excellent tour of Norway from Bergen all the way up the coast to Kirkenes. Great variety of experiences from scenic rail journeys, fjord cruising and more relaxed coastal cruising on the electric powered Havila Capella. We were lucky to have Alex as tour manager, one of the best we've travelled with. One or two tweaks to the itinerary would enhance the holiday in our opinion (the coach trips round Bergen and Trondheim didn't really work very well) and, although the excursion to North Cape was unmissable, Titan really should make clear that it's an optional extra, booked on the ship and not included. A visit to the Arctic cathedral in Tromso was another highlight. All in all, a memorable holiday which we'd thoroughly recommend.

A great way to see the country. We managed to pack in a lot in a short time but well worth it. So much to see and experience. Our tour guide, Colin Thompson, was superb, knowledgeable and organised. The best guide we have had on our Titan tours, always available and helpful when needed. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

It took them 4 days to come back and say they couldn't quote for Qatar airlines business class to Nepal.
Their reason, 'due to the Middle East conflict they couldn't quote'.
Why do you still advertise on your website for economy flights with Qatar airlines to Nepal?
Does the 'Middle East conflict' affect business class differently to economy on the same plane?
(Please dont answer that. I feel I need to point irony out to you.)

This is now the second time you've completely failed with providing a quote. The previous time was a quote for business class to Costa Rica and your airfares were several thousand dearer than available to me direct from the airline.

I've tried twice with you now and won't be bothering a third time.

We booked with Titan because they did exactly the trip we were looking for. The whole experience went very smoothly, from the pick up at our front door, all the flights, hotels and trips, and finally journey home. It was quite tiring at times, due to the massive distances involved, but that meant we got to do and see so much. Our guide Colin, was very good, and helped us make the most of our holiday, with interesting information about our destinations and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly straightforward assistance to book my holiday

Well organised tour, felt very informed, safe and well looked after whilst on the tour. Hotels were all great and Colin did so well considering the group was larger than Id have thought it would be.

Great trip, great places, great tour manager

Booking process: We reserved a trip to the Rockies and Alaska this morning. Our many questions were very efficiently handled by Emma and we succeeded in booking our holiday for May 2027. Thank you Emma for your patience and we are grateful for your knowledge about the tour.

Very happy with my booking and with the discounted price. Melissa answered all my questions and was very helpful.

Comprehensive information given on our booking enquiry by a friendly advisor. An issue arose re. the availability of flights (not Titan’s fault) but we were kept updated regularly and the booking kept for us until there was further confirmation.

Excellent organisation. Superb tour manager, no complaints.

Originally, a friend &I planned on going to the Amalfi Coast together, but unfortunately,two single rooms weren’t available at the time we wanted to go .After speaking to Michaela , we decided to go separately on different dates & Michaela was extremely helpful & accommodating sorting it all out.I didn’t particularly want to be the only single person on the trip so she kindly informed me other singletons were also booked, which was the deciding factor for me.I can’t praise Michaela enough. She phoned back when she promised,made the booking with great cheer & nothing was too much trouble.People like Michaela restore your faith in customer service !

I have been on several Titan Tours.
Once you get there…all have been fabulous, with excellent logistics and professional guides “on the ground”; accommodation has generally been of a high standard too.
Unfortunately what spoils the experience is:
* the clunky user-unfriendly website;
* I have tried on three separate occasions to pay my balance online - but computer says no - hugely frustrating as I am currently abroad and will have to telephone the office when I get back to the UK;
* staff on the telephone are not always very helpful; and
* Titan insistence on only recognising one/a single “lead” passenger and sending just only one set of documents when (non-habiting) friends travel together is HUGELY annoying and frustrating. We have each individually paid for our trip so why can’t we each be sent an individual set of documents..?
