This company essentially doesn't exist. It is just a made up name - one of many that the parent company uses to hide from bad reviews which it rightfully deserves.

Good luck finding them!! They are nothing more than an unmarked desk buried in a shared office on the first floor of the Park East building.

They will charge you an extra €30 if you arrive even one minute after 2030! There are no directions to car rental offices from the main terminal. The walk to the Park East bulding is almost 1KM.

They will charge you €40 and provide half tank of fuel and tell you to bring the car back as close to empty as possible. They do not want you to put fuel in the car and will give you no credit for it so this is just another scam to rob you of €40 since nobody is willing to run out of fuel when returning to the airport to catch their departing flight!!

The car the rent you is a high mileage (>67,000 km) PIECE OF CRAP car that looks like it has been in a crash derby with a burned out clutch. They will ask you to inspect it for damage knowing full well that you won't be able to find it all and you can fully expect to pay for the pre-existing damage that you didn't find when you return the car!!

Their attitude and customer service is beyond rude and abysmal!! This is your first impression after arriving in Malta!! They are TERIBLE ambassadors for their own country!!

Awful. Great communication up to the point of getting the car. At collection we were told we needed to secure a large security deposit on a single card (my credit card didn’t allow such an amount and they wouldn't let me split it between two cards) or pay outright a smaller amount for excess insurance that we didnt need (we have a 3rd party annual policy for this) so we were hundreds of Euros out of pocket straight away.

Our car (MPV) was very basic and tired looking. We got two child seats and both looked old and very dated. Neither were connected upon arrival (we were told there were rules preventing that) so fastening these in by seat belt (no isofix to be seen!) late at night with two tired children under 3 was not much fun. The seats slid around and despite being connected properly did not seem secure.
We were charged for half a tank of diesel at a cost that we later found out would fill the entire tank. Any messages I've sent since our return asking for a partial refund for this has fallen on deaf ears and they don't respond.

Genuinely the worst car, car seats and service I've had from a rental company. I have family in Malta so will be visiting again and would make sure I never have the displeasure of using such a cowboy operation again.

Cuidado, compañía muy poco sería son unos estafadores, acabé poniéndoles una denuncia en la policía.
Les alquilé un coche durante quince días y mi intención era ir renovando mes a mes, ya que me quede seis meses en la isla, al final opté por otra compañía más seria y formal.
Lo barato sale caro y más si de trata con gentuza, cuando fui a renovar el alquiler que estaba reservado y pagado no tenían coche disponible y me dejaron tirado en el aeropuerto, sin coche, sin devolverme el importe abonado y en temporada alta, les puse la denuncia a la policía y perdí todo el día oficina tras oficina intentado conseguir coche. Por suerte al final conseguí un coche en Percius car Hire por cinco meses, todo correcto gente muy seria y profesional

Scamers, don't be fooled by their prices on the website. They will charge you several times more!

Nada más llegar tuvimos que pagar el depósito de gasolina que estaba por la mitad (15 litros) por 48,50 euros, a pesar de nuestras quejas. Pero lo peor vino después cuando devolvimos el coche, este tenía un pequeño roce de unos 12 cm (que se quita puliendo la zona, ni siquiera hay que pintar) y el encargado de la oficina del aeropuerto nos cobró 590 € sin ni siquiera levantarse del asiento. Le protestamos mucho, pero él no hizo más que amenazarnos con quitarnos la fianza. Tuvimos que repetir el parte varias veces porque siempre ponía algo mal y como íbamos a denunciarle pues debía estar todo bien relleno. Intentó poner que el arañazo era grave, cuando no lo era, intentó poner que había deformación del parachoques, cuando es totalmente falso, y así con varias cosas, abusando de que no controlamos el idioma. Creo que hasta su firma es falsa, en ningún momento quiso poner su nombre completo. Vamos lo típico de un estafador. No le denunciamos en ese momento porque teníamos que regresar en avión.
Os recomiendo que no cojáis a esta empresa ni a su matriz K.W.L. a no ser que llevéis un buen seguro que os respalde.

My complaints about this car rental company are of two types:
1. Pecuniary,
2. Product quality.

1- Pecuniary.
This is where I expect help from you (see the email I sent to the lessor which has so far gone unanswered).

On the bank card terminal I did not have a return for the amount I validated. In addition, my interlocutor kept the customer receipts upside down so that I could not see what I had just validated.

• Why did I have to pay when picking up 142 € when in the contract you sent me there was only 101 € to pay (see attached car hire agreement).
• When I realized I had paid € 179, I was told it was to reduce the refundable security deposit to € 250. I refused and I was made to validate a second pre-authorization of € 1150 without reimbursing me the € 179 (see attached customer receipt)

I ask that I be reimbursed for this 179 € and that I be justified in the difference between the 142 € paid and the 101 € contractual.

2- Product quality.

When the vehicle is delivered, it is not enough to take an inventory of the impacts on the bodywork, but a vehicle must be delivered in good working order (see attached vehicle inspection sheet). The tenant is surprised to discover the malfunctions in use.

• It was impossible to open the window of the front right-hand door (this is always difficult for a car with a right-hand drive),
• The rear shelf was damaged,
• The wiper was out of order, see attached photo (it is very unpleasant when the car has only one wiper).

For the first two points see the email I sent to the rental company which has so far remained unanswered

I did IP address lookup for 10 positive reviews and looks 8 come from Malta range, visible location US is edited in settings. Good opinions absolutely not reliable
My experience with these guys is not so bad , I was cheated only for some fuel / 15 euro / and got a car from lower class I ordered Deposit was returned quickly, but anyway better stay away of them due to thievery Fuel Policy Half to Empty Remember ! Sly man / customer/ losses two times !

Employé désagréable et malhonnête !!

Mauvaise voiture par rapport à la réservation avec un phare qui ne fonctionnait pas - fenêtre passager qui ne se refermait pas - pneus pratiquement lisses - balais d'essuie-glace défectueux - insécurité totale - pas d' auto-radio.

Malgré cela impossible d'avoir une autre voiture, quand on s'est plain à l'employé il est reparti en nous disant que le contrat et le paiement avait déjà été traité.

Taxes en surplus et obligation de prendre une assurance car caution beaucoup trop excessive pour la carte de crédit (1600€ !!!)

1/2 plein d'essence facturé à 48€ alors qu'un 1/4 nous a ensuite coûté 12€

10 cm long black rubber stripe on dark grey car which can be removed in ten minutes was charged of 350 eur (75 eur for administration). Insurance of course doesen't cover it.

Un prix annoncé sur le site internet très attractif, 108€ avec les car fee incluses pour une voiture 7 places pour 3 jours. Sur le site tout est attrayant, il explique bien que tout ce qui suit est inclus : Exonération en cas de collision (CDW), Une assurance complète, Protection complète contre le vol, Taxe et TVA, frais d'aéroport, Frais de carte de crédit / débit, Kilométrage illimité, Assistance dépannage. On se dit top tous est inclus on est vraiment tombé sur une bonne agence qui indique que la location est autorisé qu’à partir de 21 ans et ne demande même pas de frais pour les jeunes conducteurs.
On valide notre réservation qui est confirmée par l’agence directement par mail.

On arrive à l’agence pour récupérer le véhicule et la les problèmes commence. On nous dit qu’il faut payer des taxes pour conducteur de moins de 25 ans a 15€ par jour, qu’il faut, malgré l’assurance complète, un deposit de 2500€ obligatoirement avec une carte de crédit sinon 600€ avec n’importe quelle carte et 30€/jour de frais complémentaires (tout cela annoncé après qu’on ait déjà payé la location), il faut payer également un plein d’essence complet (69€) alors qu’on nous proposait un véhicule avec un réservoir à moitié plein, un véhicule qu’il faut rendre vide et si il reste de l’essence on ne sera pas remboursé de la différence évidemment.

On explique au loueur que rien de tout cela n’était inscrit sur le site internet et il nous sort une page de conditions. Après des recherches approfondies, nous nous sommes rendues compte que pour trouver les conditions de locations, il faut taper le nom de l’agence + conditions sur Google, les terms sont introuvables directement si on cherche dans tous les onglets du site. On remarque aussi que les frais pour les moins de 25 ans étaient de 5€ par jour et non 15€. Donc on se retrouve à avoir payé 229,60€ (108+69,6+45 = 222,6€ sûrement avec une tva en plus alors qu’elle est censé être incluse mais aucune information du loueur la dessus) donc on décide d’annuler la réservation puisqu’il commençait à littéralement nous dépouiller et la il nous annonce (inscrit bien sur que sur la page des conditions qui n’est accessible, n’oublions pas, qu’après de nombreuses recherches sur internet et non directement sur leur site) que la réservation de 108€ nous sera créditée car ce sont les frais d’annulation. Malgré cette perte d’argent et notre statut d’étudiant, on décide d’annuler la réservation car on sentait clairement qu’on était entrain de se faire arnaquer.
Donc on lui redonne notre carte pour qu’il puisse nous recrediter de la différence donc 229,60-108=121,6€ qu’on avait évidemment calculé sentant la deuxième arnaque arrivée. Il decide de nous recrediter de seulement 113€, on a du batailler pendant 10 minutes pour lui démontrer par un calcul très simple que la différence ne faisait pas 113€ mais bien 121,6€ et lui essayait de nous démontrer qu’il nous devait bien 113€ par des calculs savants sortis de je ne sais où. Il avoue finalement à la fin qu’on avait bien raison sur notre calcul et il nous recredite de 8,6€ pour compléter la somme.
De plus nous avons pu remarquer que nous n’étions pas les seuls clients dans le bureau à avoir eu d’énormes surprises en arrivant devant les contrats (et également pas les seuls à repartir sans voiture et sans argent).

Pour conclure, le professionnalisme de cette agence est déplorable, mais leur technique d’arnaque est très bien travaillée.

P.S ayant des connaissances en maltais, nous avons pu comprendre que le loueur et sa collègue se permettaient des réflexions à notre égard totalement déplacées, bravo le respect !

They took a deposit and booked a car. 31/08/21
Email returned the next day cancelled booking with no reason.

So their website takes your card details and they take a deposit.

Sent them emails to their info address. No reply

Are they legit we'll let the authorities think about that.

We often hire a car when on holiday, never before have we felt so ripped off. We experienced the same poor service and increase of fees as described by most of the other reviewers. We have ended up being charged approx €300 to hire a tiny Toyota that isnt even new or particularly clean.​This is over double what the website we booked it through claimed.
A €250 insurance waiver has been charged in case of any damages - they admitted that is likely to take 2 weeks to be refunded (we have had to pay €15 a day in insurance for that, otherwise they would be holding €1600 from us). I wish we had avoided this company, or, once we were in their office, and the price hike was commencing, just walked away, losing the deposit. We tried to get a refund and cancel the car hire when we saw the car (after already feeling uncomfortable/ripped off from the pricing when compared to our booking). They refused and said everything was in their "terms and conditions" including no refunds. I feel like they are exploiting tourists a d should not be allowed to be in business. Also, beware that this company has a very similar name to 1st car hire Malta.

Worst company ever. The internet site states all is included. You cannot even add extra insurance during the booking. Not necessary.

But it all starts during the pick up.

They all of a sudden block 2000 euro on your credit card, or they charge you an additional amount per day. We paid nearly 270 euros extra for two weeks.

You're stuck, as you want to leave and enjoy your holiday, but you're held at "gun point". Nothing you can do.

Then, they charge you 48 euro for half a, tank of gas. The skoda Fabia runs on Premium according to them (bullsh*t) The tank is a 45 liter tank, average fuel is 1.34 per liter. You are then"allowed"to hand the car in empty. So it's worth approx 30 euros.

But, you bet we will return it empty. It will run on fumes.

All in all, it's a scam. Better to rent via Avis, or Hertz. Then you know what you're getting.

We tried to complain, but they don't give a damn.

We will never ever come here again.
Cheated and disappointed

I would give 0 stars if possible, worst car rental company in my life, the guy at the rental office in Malta aiport was very rude. Ridiculous fees, they charge 50euros for half a tank which is more than double, they charge 15 euros if you go after 8pm to rent the car and they have an admin fee for speeding/ parking ticket which is more than the actually ticket. They have a 0 deposit but they have a 1400euro excess fee. I would avoid this company

WATCH OUT, read the T&Cs, customer of May-2021. I already had a bad first impression when they had no signs and shared a small office with 3 different companies.

My reservation was for 75 euros but I ended up paying 195. They FORCE a half tank upfront payment by the person renting. Their fee is 54 euros for a half tank (yes 108 for full tank !!!) , this is theft especially if you are renting for a short term like I did. I didnt use even 10% of that. When you check out on their website it shows you the balance for only the car rental without any mention of this... unless you read their long T&Cs which is dishonest business practice in my eyes.

on top of this, if you dont pay the 3000euros deposit , they force a 22euros a day insurance for you to pay only 300euros deposit.

Une arnaque bien rodée!!!

Arrivé à l'aéroport un homme vous reçoit non pas au comptoir d'une des agences de l'aéroport mais à la table d'une terrasse de café.
Il vous met en confiance en sympathisant un peu avec vous puis vous fait payer le tarif prévu de la location avec un supplément de 50€ pour une moitié de plein d'essence (quelques jours plus tard étant en réserve, on a refait le plein pour 45€...).
Puis une fois la location encaissé, on vous demande si vous souhaitez souscrire à leur assurance dommages pour 16€/jour. Ayant une visa premier je refuse puisque je suis déjà couvert via ma CB. Ensuite il vous demande une caution de 1500€, pas de soucis mon compte est approvisionné et c'est bien une carte de crédit. Mais bizarrement la carte ne passe pas... 2ème tentative, toujours pas... J'appelle alors ma banque en France qui m'assure que les opérations n'ont pas été refusés par ma banque. L'homme nous sort alors sa solution miracle : si on prend l'assurance à 16€/jour, alors la caution n'est plus que de 250€ et en plus on peut le faire via une carte de débit. Dans l'impasse sachant qu'on avait déjà été encaissé du prix de la location (environ 240€), on utilise la CB de ma femme pour pré-autoriser la caution et payer par la même occasion les 96€ en plus d'assurance pour 6 jours. Manque de chance au retour le gars du parking remarque une rayure et un impact qui n'étaient pas présents au départ (pour le coup je pense qu'on s'est fait frotter sur un parking). On nous emmène donc voir le loueur pour se faire encaisser les 250€ de franchise et on nous dit qu'un devis sera fait dans un garage et que la différence nous sera remboursé ultérieurement.
Dans l'affaire on aura déboursé 336€ pour un prix internet de départ à 190€.
Au retour de vacances je comprends vite l'arnaque de la carte bleu qui ne passe pas... En effet sur les 2 tickets il y a écrit "cancelled" (annulé) et non "denied" ou "rejected" (refusé, rejeté). Le loueur doit donc avoir la possibilité d'annuler la transaction après avoir entré notre code pin afin de nous faire croire que la carte bleue ne passe pas.
La société fictive est tenue en réalité par KWL, et on retrouve comme par hasard les mêmes avis et les mêmes arnaques sur les 2 sociétés...
Ne vous faites pas avoir par ces pratiques frauduleuses!!!
