This is the 3rd purchase from Lazy Susan. Have had the other garden chairs and tables for a number of years and they still look as good as new. Great quality and fantastic service. Easy to put together with comprehensive instructions. Sadly it might be sometime before I buy again as expect the items to last for years!!

Great furniture, this is my second lot.
Takes a while to put together but is well worth it.

Very quick delivery from ordering. Didnt take long to assemble. The set looks sturdy and more importantly will withstand the constant wind we experience here. Visitors have admired it and the cushions (stone) are comfortable and a lovely understated, classy colour.

Brilliantly packaged, easy to put together and a really lovely looking set of garden furniture. Loved all the attention to detail such as screw tops matching the colour of the table and chairs. Great quality for a really good price.

I found what I needed. The quality is excellent.

Assembly requires ‘a man that can’
A kind neighbour came along and did the whole task, it took 2 days to complete.
The screws work loose on the armchairs every time we use them!
The plastic bolt/ screw caps are too large therefore of little use.
All in all. My 4 stars are justified because the quality of the table, chairs and the parasol is high. It’s very fiddly to assemble but it looks lovely and the chairs are comfortable!

Product of high quality. Ordering and delivery on time. Packaging superb. I could not find a fault with anything.

An excellent service. We recently received our garden table order but realised we should have ordered a large one. I phoned to ask what options we had and they could not have been more helpful. We received the larger table in less than a week later. I highly recommend Lazy Susan!

I had a complete Lazy Susan garden set of table, six chairs and parasol in 2021. I left my parasol out in garden over the winter and it became stained with green. When I was offered 30% reduction in one of their regular emails, I thought I would treat myself to a replacement parasol. I am nearly 93 years old and thought I was ordering the same umbrella, but it is a size bigger. MY MISTAKE! This one is also so much higher and I cannot reach the tilting mechanism. Therefore it is not as functional at shielding me from the sun, and I am worried I cannot wind it down when it is windy. It is too unwieldy for a very old lady to manage.
I would still recommend Lazy Susan products for quality. My table and chairs are as good as when I bought them.
Even on a dull day, my stone coloured parasol makes me feel the sun in shining.

Very good quality chairs, easy to assemble.
The bench I brought years ago is still in perfect condition.
Very prompt dispatch with chairs carefully bubble wrapped in a robust cardboard box.

In July 2021, I bought for our garden the Lazy Susan Bistro set Hannah table and 2 April chairs.
After a couple of years the enamel on the seat bases of both chairs started to flake off in large amounts. The company sent 2 replacement bases.
This year the enamel on the chair legs is flaking off in large pieces. Its out of the 3 year guarantee wouldn't you know but I have still sent them an email to let them know the poor quality, I expected the set to last much longer than 5 years overall, I thought it would be there for many many years. I am just glad I bought the set for 2, if I had bought it for dining I would be more than annoyed. My husband agrees its very poor quality enamelling. We also live in a micro climate where the weather is very favourable in winter, we rarely get snow etc. They are expensive to buy in the first place but at some point I am going to have to take it and get the set dipped and enamelled again at our expense. Be aware buyers please there are a lot of versions of this type of outdoor furniture so have a good look around first.

Today 30/06/26 I have had feedback from Lazy Susan asking for photos again of the flaking on the chairs so will send those off today.

I have now sent 2 photos of the enamel flaking off on the chair and waiting for response.

Lazy Susan received my photos and replied to me that they were not up to their usual standard and have forwarded two new chairs. Its good to know there are still companies out there who are concerned about their products and that their customers are happy with what they have bought. They were expensive to buy so I am relieved and grateful they have been replaced. They are flat packed so they still have to be put together and we are in the throws of an extension but will be put together this week. I have therefore edited my review to add 5 star due to the excellent customer service.

Lovely, strong garden furniture. Very well made.

I had to get help in assembling the furniture and once the nut covers are on this made it extremely difficult to tighten when one of the chair legs collapsed after a meal at the table' Fortunately I have some very adept friends and neighbours as I would not recommend a self assembly set for anyone who is not strong and useful with spanners that are not very strong. However, once assembled it looks very nice and I will look forward to further meals in the garden.

I recently purchased a rose bench from Lazy Susan and absolutely love the bench itself. There was a slight issue with the finish colour compared with what I had expected from the description, so I contacted customer services with photographs.

Their response was prompt, courteous and extremely fair. The matter was resolved quickly and professionally, with genuine care for customer satisfaction throughout.

What impressed me most was not just the quality of the bench, but the way the company handled a concern when it arose. Excellent customer service is rare these days and deserves recognition.

The bench now sits outside my kitchen window and has already become my favourite spot for a morning coffee.

I would happily purchase from Lazy Susan again.

We recently purchased two additional chairs from Lazy Susan Ltd to complement the bench and table set we bought from them nine years ago—and we are very pleased.
Our original set has been left outside in the garden all year round for nearly a decade, and it’s still in excellent condition. It has aged beautifully, with minimal signs of wear, which is a real testament to the quality of materials and craftsmanship.

Lovely small bistro table. Looks sturdy and fits exactly where I wanted it. Took us slightly longer to put together than we expected but all the pieces went together perfectly eventually!

I had a corner in the garden just calling out for a Bistro set. I knew I wanted a white wrought iron set and found the exact item at Lazy Susan Ltd. Having bought the set and installed it in the garden it looks just perfect.

Had a problem with one of the chairs ordered as part of a bistro set, and customer services were fantastic in sorting it out really quickly with a replacement part.
Bistro set itself is great; sturdy but beautiful with really good finish.
