Had a problem with one of the chairs ordered as part of a bistro set, and customer services were fantastic in sorting it out really quickly with a replacement part.
Bistro set itself is great; sturdy but beautiful with really good finish.

Just received my Jill table garden set with 4 April chairs. They arrived in about a week & they are amazing. I ruled out a wooden garden set as wood rots after a few years. I also ruled out a polypropylene garden set as it fades & becomes brittle after a few years. This set is cast aluminium & looks ready to last many years. The chairs are even comfortable without seat padding. The table is a great size too. It took about 2 hours to assemble but the tools were included. This set was on a very generous offer at the time I purchased it so that was a great bonus. I can definitely recommend Lazy Susan & this set

The bistro set in white arrived within 24 hours and was fairly easy to assemble even for us! Went together beautifully and seems very well made. We are really pleased with it, very good value.

Item as advertised. Delivered on time. Instructions could be more detailed. Chair is very good. Strong, comfortable, recommended.

We have only just finished assembling our six-piece set - it does take some time, but is easy. The finished set has been christened and we are pleased with the height of the chairs to the table, the comfort (but you need those seat cushions), the quality and the lightness. This makes everything so much easier, no longer will we have to manoeuvre our old heavy decomposing wooden stuff out of storage each spring. Good quality, a pretty good service, and as for longevity, only time will tell.

Nach Bestellung am Samstag wurde unsere Sitzgarnitur bereits am folgenden Dienstag geliefert. Sorgfältig und liebevoll verpackt. Das Zusammenschrauben (mit beigefügter Anleitung) ist problemlos. Als sich jedoch bei zwei Sitzschalen herausstellte, dass jeweils ein Innengewinde defekt war, telefonierte ich mit Lazy Susan. Die Mitarbeiterin dort war im Umgang sehr freundlich und ich wurde sofort verstanden. Unkompliziert wurden mir promt zwei neue Sitzschalen kostenlos zugesandt, die ich dann erfolgreich montieren konnte. Seitdem erfreuen wir uns an der gefälligen Garnitur in unserem Garten.
Wenn man bei Lazy Susan anruft, meldet sich keine KI, sondern eine kompetent sachverständige konkret menschliche Mitarbeiterin, welche man alles zum Gartenmobiliar fragen kann und eine aussagekräftige Antwort erhält.
Lazy Susan ist unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen.

Coffee table is ideal & arrived promptly. Good quality & easy to assemble quickly.

The finished product is excellent but…
Construction is time-consuming. It took two people two hours each to put together.
Instructions were good but why was a Phillips screwdriver included in the kit when a flat head screwdriver was needed.
Delivery and packaging were excellent.

Fantastic service I ordered a table and chairs I thought the table was too big. They offered me a smaller table without my having to return the large table because of their great sustainability policies

We bought a garden bench and small table similar in pattern to an existing bistro set. It arrived quickly. It was straightforward to assemble with two people and looks lovely at the top end of our garden. Overall, very happy with the whole process of ordering and delivery, and the furniture is well constructed. However, we did find the plastic caps difficult to fit over the nuts - but warming them in some hot water made them more flexible to position.

Everything arrived when it should have, excellent quality… you only need to buy once. Made to last!!👌

As last time, the charming ench arrived and was easy to assemble. It makes a great addition to the social space in my garden. A reasonable price too

Update to a previous review. This related to the paint coming off the chairs after a couple of years.Even though my chairs were 2 years past warranty they were all replaced. Never known customer service like that before. Fantastic.

The ordering process was easy but delivery was complicated by the fact that the contractor didn't answer their phone. The metal chairs were easy to assemble, as was the table, and are of good quality. However, the bolts attaching the table legs into the top stuck out too far, due to poor machining, so I had to request longer bolt caps (which arrived within 24 hrs of me contacting Lazy Susan). Finally, it is disappointing that the chair covers are not shaped to fit the chair seat, although the internal filler is.

Order was placed and table and chairs arrived within a few days. Good communication and the furniture arrived well packed and protected. Good quality and easy to assemble

I am delighted with my new six seater oval table. I put together the six chairs last week and today I did the table. Everything was provided and beautifully packaged. Next week I shall be christening the table for my 80th. birthday party.

Very pleased with the quality and appearance of our garden set. And the ability to stack the chairs we bought will be great for overwinter storage outside.
Easy enough to put the table together provided the nuts aren’t tightened until everything is located! Also the offer of tree planting in exchange for a photo is very generous and welcome. And made in the UK too.
