The chairs are badly designed. Legs are wobbly/ not level. They have been taken apart twice to try to make improvements, very disappointing. Table was fine.

From my initial phone call and the expertise of the lady who was very helpful and knowledgeable to delivery was faultless, just one point try and keep your prices as low as you possibly can.👍

After years of good service, our 3.5 meter parasol canopy needed replacing. Found the replacement part easily, it arrived promptly and well packaged to avoid in-transit damage and more importantly it fitted perfectly.

Delighted with our purchase. We bought our first Bramblecrest large seating and dining table in 2018 and it is still fabulous. We have just bought a Bramblecrest bistro set because we know you get what you pay for. Delivery also perfect.

The bench seat cushion I ordered for our banana shaped bench was a perfect fit. The material is of good quality and the depth of the cushion filling firm and comfortable. I'm very pleased with my purchase. It was easy to select and order online and delivery was on time.

I telephoned with a query regarding a replacement parasol cover & night cover. I was asked to send photos. In less than 24 hours I had a reply with links to purchase both items.

The furniture is great quality and even better is the support. After having the furniture for several years I lost a bolt on my parasol they looked through their spares to send me a replacement.

Bramblecrest answered all my questions prior to purchasing very helfully. The Table and chairs were easy to put together [we are not natural kit builders]. One chair on construction proved to have a fault this was rectified very quickly. The only downside I had was on the original delivery, I was told it would be delivered between 8:30 and 13:30, at 11:00 I was told the delivery was imminent, the delivery arrived at 2:45 with no updates on the delivery.
