My letterbox after only 4 years has rusted and paint is peeling off….this was not a cheap item and was a 70 th birthday gift. Despite my Daughter calling and myself sending an email and pictures there has been no response from the company……..

Ordered a new garden table and chairs less than a week ago and it’s arrived and we’ve got it all set up. Simple assembly. Amazing quality, beautifully made and finished and with free cushions! Great value stone planter, delivered very promptly. I bought this as an extra birthday gift. Original planter and a good use of recycled materials which will last almost forever unlike terracotta and faux lead. It is now adorning our terrace coffee table planted with a woolly thyme cascading over the edges

Lovely bench but there were many problems along the way. Bench was delivered with fixings missing. After a week of waiting for the parts we were told it would take another 4 weeks. So a similar bench was sent out instead. Again, one fixing was missing. Packaged up old bench to be collected. Wasn't collected on agreed slot despite having to wait in all day. Delivery driver then appeared 3 days later without warning. Not a great experience.

Had a problem ordering online,phoned the company, took a little time to get through.
When I did get through, spoke to Emma who resolved the issue very quickly and was able to order the items,which were delivered the next day.
Excellent service and very pleased with the garden mirrors.

Ordered two of the metal dragons which are amazing. One of the colours I had chosen was not available but I was contacted straight away with an apology and alternative colours to choose from which were just as amazing. Both dragons arrived within 24 hours and were soon pride of place in my garden. The quality is of a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I would definitely use this company again. 5 star treatment all the way .
