I had tried a few mattresses but none worked for me due to my lower back problem and arthritis. I did a lot of research and found Latex Sense. But I wanted to test it before buying. I went to Southgate London store and the advisor was very good and patient. She let me try a variety of mattresses before I made a decision to buy a Dunlop 800 hybrid latex mattress. Since there was an option of returning the mattress if it didn't work I made the purchase. I am very happy with my mattress. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very happy with latex topper
Very quick delivery. Well packaged. Immediately felt the benefit of the topper mattress the first night. I had suffered a sore back with my tempur-pedic mattress (mistakenly purchased a too soft one) for several years but having paid so much money for it, was reluctant to get rid of it. However this solution of the latex topper mattress has made a huge difference. Very happy with product.

Our mattress and pillows are fantastic. WE went with the Opulence latex mattress in King size. It's everything we had hoped it would be. Latex is an underrated material for mattresses - it keeps us really cool, is supremely comfortable and feels like you're sleeping on air. And the best part is they can last 15-20 years - and dont even break the bank to begin with. This shop is a hidden gem and I'm grateful they're in business because so many people are not aware of the greatness of a latex bed.

I bought the Shredded Natural Latex…
I bought the Shredded Natural Latex Pillow 70/40/17cm . As a side sleeper, I suffered from neck pain, along with aches on the side on which I sleep. This pillow is quite high and it took a week to get used to it. It has addresed my aches and pains from sleeping. I find the height of the pillow perfect for side sleeping and no longer need to double up on pillows under my head. It supports my head and neck appropriately while I sleep on my side. I am pleased with this product.

The Latex Sense mattresses are excellent quality and a healthy alternative to other types of materials and I would buy one again. Unfortunately having planned to buy a soft mattress I was recommended to go for the medium but as side/front sleeper I find the medium Bliss mattress doesn’t ‘give’ enough for my body so am not finding the mattress that comfortable. If I was still within the fifty days I would swap it for the soft version or upgrade to the Talalay Latex which apparently is better for pressure relief. Expensive mistake.

Reduced back pain success!
Ordering was easy and straightforward. Payment was at time of order. The mattress arrived as promised and delivery to the required room and bed frame was also done.
Importantly, I needed a firm and supportive mattress to help with back pain caused by two trapped nerves and a slipped disc. This has made a very noticeable difference making the cost pale into insignificance for me. I have not ever paid this much for a mattress but it has delivered on its potential for me.

I suffer from a severe case of myofascial pain syndrome and I always be sensitive to feel discomfort from almost every type of mattress, but this store offers special type of Latex foams that would help to make it way more comfortable for different people with chronic pain conditions.
I purchased a Mattress topper (The Ultimate Talalay Latex Topper) and a slim Dunlop Pillow,
after I have tried many mattresses and pillows, I found this store to be the best for mattresses and pillows.
The customer service was great, shipping was fast, and their recommendations were helpful.

I recommend the purchase to anyone who values quality.
The materials used for production are of the highest quality, I can say this with confidence because I have used 90% of mattresses from other leading companies and they are far from the quality offered by Latex Sense.
As for the comfort of using the mattress, it is an individual matter and certainly not everyone will like latex, but the company has also thought about such people and there are hybrids of latex and foam.
Sveta from customer service is the showcase of this company and I think that every company would dream of having such an employee.

Good quality Latex pillow.
So far as Latex pillows go, their prices are fair, the pillow came with a cotton zipped cover (of good quality & washable) and was delivered promptly & for free. All in all very happy with the pillow & service.
Only thing I would say is air the pillow & its cover for at least a month or two before the latex rubber odor subsides.

I rarely write reviews, but Latex Sense is a company worth supporting!
Sveta in particular has been an absolute pleasure. From the outset she has been very patient with my countless questions and genuinely sought to find the best mattress for my needs. I'm grateful for the top tier customer service which instilled me with confidence.
Over the past 6 months I've tried two mattresses - the Superior and the Opulence - both customised with the organic (wool) cover for extra temperature regulation. The Superior took ~40 days to deliver whilst the Opulence (exchange) took ~50 days. They were worth the wait. Both were comfortable and high quality. Although I ultimately had to return them because of discomfort around my hip and shoulders, objectively speaking the mattresses were excellent.
At all stages, Latex Sense have been helpful, professional and responsive. My experience exceeded expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
If you're new to latex and/or on the fence, I would certainly give Latex Sense a chance.
Latex Sense did not ask me to write this review - I volunteered.

I came across this company online and waited a month after delivery to post this review.
I bought the Opulence latex mattress and am extremely pleased with it. It is so comfortable, it's a pleasure to go to bed, which it wasn't with my previous two, one gave me back ache and the other was like sleeping on concrete.
It's a very well made mattress, very supportive, attractive to look at and it's so helpful to have handles which a lot don't. It is pretty heavy but they all are these days.
Ordering and delivery were very good also and there's the opportunity to return it after so many days if it's not to your liking. I'm definitely keeping mine.
