Please allow a little time for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Terrible misrepresentation of product…
Terrible misrepresentation of product in website to then receive an e mail the next day saying it’s not the same product that was ordered or named on the website!! Then not willing to support to rectify it in a suitable way.
This has been reviewed by the ‘customer service’ team already and the response was not at all satisfactory. A refund is not the point. The lack of customer service and willingness to actually rectify the issue is. To be told they agree with me, that it is misleading, but then unwilling to do a satisfactory gesture (wasn’t looking for money or refund) is awful and left a bitter taste using this company. I gave plenty of suggestions of how they could help and was even told they can price match other companies to help me….unsurprisingly though, the one I find….they couldn’t match haha! Terrible place

Very easy search and purchase journey
Very easy search and purchase journey. Also, I had a query which was easy to submit using the chat and speaking with Laura. The query was answered quickly.
The mattress I purchased was very competitively priced and had free delivery. My only disappointment was the recycle option was not available for me due to limitations of the carrier for my particular purchase.

I am over 80
I am over 80. I really must change my mattress. I told the sales team, Land of Beds, Pemberton, Wigan, Very Friendly People, about my situation and an exciting option was pointed out to me. I fully support this solution, an unwrapped mattress.
It is to be delivered in a day or two and I am told that I will have a further opportunity to make an updated comment.
