We discovered Latex Sense by chance while searching for a 100% natural latex mattress — and we’re so glad we did. Although we couldn’t try the mattress in a showroom and took a bit of a risk ordering it online, it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made.
We chose the Superdeluxe Latex Mattress as our Christmas present, and it has been a fantastic investment in our health. After six months of sleeping on it, both my husband and I have noticed a huge difference — our back pain has disappointed, our posture has improved, and our sleep quality has transformed. We now wake up every morning feeling truly rested, energised, and restored.
Be aware that the first couple of weeks can come with some unexpected discomfort as your spine begins to realign — but be patient, it’s absolutely worth it in the long run.
We’re so impressed that we now plan to replace all the mattresses in our home with the same one. Thank you, Latex Sense, for such a high-quality product!

Appalling 'service'
Ordered a foam pillow due to neck and back issues, on recommendation. Unfortunately it didn't work for me and made my situation worse. When I attempted to return the item, the company was dismissive and disinterested. I was left with an expensive item I cannot use, but its due to the standard of response from the company for the very poor review.

We would like to kindly clarify that our return policy and terms and conditions are clearly outlined on the product page. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the product, pillows are unfortunately not eligible for return or exchange once removed from their sealed packaging. This is a standard policy adopted across the industry for health and safety reasons.
To help our customers make informed decisions, we recommend testing the feel of the pillow while it remains in its sealed plastic, which allows assessment without compromising return eligibility.
We genuinely understand how important it is to find the right pillow, especially when dealing with neck and back issues, and we regret that this one did not work for you.

So comfortable
This is the second mattress I have had from latex Sense. Both have been great so comfortable. There Customer care is great I measured wrongly but it was corrected immediately with no fuss. The Mattress's are really good I do not sink into them as some memory foam, my partner does not feel me move and importantly for me they help me not to overheat.

Refunds not great !
Tried Latex Mattress Opulence for 2 weeks it proved unsuitable therefore arranged for collection which went ahead smoothly.
Obtaining a refund has proved very difficult. When I chased it I was advised it could take up to 30 days.
I objected to this and after a couple more days was advised I had been refunded.
I continually checked my bank account for the refund of £1168.75 which didn't appear.
I then checked my PayPal account and found the transaction was pending from Yanis Foam and Mattress Ltd.
I chased it with the company who said it would be in my account within 4 to 5 days. They then said once the refund is made from their HSBC account it will be paid to me via direct debit.
This is so untrue and a ridiculous statement to make. I was then advised they don't have any control of the monies once they have processed it and they had no idea of why PayPal was holding onto it.
I contacted PayPal asking why still pending after so long. They advised the refund had been processed with an E-check which could take up to 30 days to clear. After contacting Latex Sense again it was stated because I had paid for the mattress via PayPal was why this type of transaction had occurred. This was wrong too. I pay everything via PayPal and don't have a problem with refunds, they appear a couple of days later in my account.
I do now have my refund albeit it took 21 days.

We are very pleased with our new mattress, it was unpacked and put on the bed (just as well as we couldn’t lift it as it is very heavy). All packaging was taken away and bed very comfy.

Dunlop 500
We bought the Dunlop 500 kingsize mattress and are very pleased with it. It’s quite a hard mattress which suits my husband, I probably gone for the Dunlop800 which seems a bit softer. Ive got used to it now and indeed provides a very comfortable sleep. It is also quite easy to rotate as it’s not too heavy. Overall we are very pleased with it, worth the quite long delivery time. Will probably buy again for another bed sometime.

Brilliant company, products
Brilliant company, staff, services, quality latex mattress & pillows.
Loving our new products, though we never realised latex rubber is cold, mattress needs lots of warm bedding on to keep warm.
Only irk thing for us, the mattress is too heavy for us elderly folk to lift or move it to a warmer bedroom and we do not have anyone to help.
Highly recommend this company and its fantastic products. Well worth it for a quality nights sleep.

It's the second latex mattress that I buy with the company (the first one stayed at my ex's) and are the best mattresses I ever slept one! They are just perfect! In both cases I chose a medium firm and they were/are perfect: not too firm, not too hard, it feels like you're floating on them!

Comfortable and supportive mattress!
After a long period of trying different traditional pocket sprung mattresses, and not getting on with them, I found Latex Sense. I bought a Bellagio mattress six months ago, and am really pleased with it. It's the most comfortable mattress I've found as a side sleeper (it's supportive yet doesn't hurt my hips) and latex keeps its shape much better than memory foam. The staff at Latex Sense are really helpful. Sveta was really patient while I was choosing my mattress in the showroom, and answered all my questions, which helped me get my choice right the first time. I later ordered a bespoke cover for the Bellagio mattress, with the padding on both sides, and it was well made and fitted my mattress perfectly. I have had problems with sleep for a long time, so I really appreciate having a comfortable mattress!

Great natural Mattress, Efficient Company
After considerable research, looking for an all natural mattress (with no Springs, Plastic or Chemical treatment) I chose a Latex mattress from Latex Sense. The "Superior Latex Mattress double". Which was priced very reasonably compared to the competition. The sales team go to some trouble to get you the right product, however I initially chose the Medium firmness. After a few weeks I realised that It needed to be more firm (due to ongoing back problem) and they were happy to change it over at no extra charge, sending 2 people to do the changeover right onto my bed frame. I found all communication with this company to be clear and efficient. One year on i am still extremely happy with my purchase!
