We had equipment installed from JLA in November last year and from Installation through to customer services and everything in-between, I cant fault them. This morning I've been dealing with Maia with an issue from our end, she has was brilliant, helpful & supportive. Overall good experience for House of Linen in Anglesey.

The Customer Service is excellent
The Customer Service is excellent. They are very pleasant and communicate very well over the phone when I arrange a date and time for the engineer to come out over the weekend. The engineers are very helpful and explain the problem very well

Another failure by JLA
Another failure by JLA. Faulty Dryer, reported on Thursday morning when I was informed the engineer would be with us by 5pm. By 3 I received a phone call that he won't be able to attend and he would be with us on Friday. Well, that was another lie by JLA. Friday late afternoon I received an email: he's on Saturday.
Lo and behold, Saturday 2pm I am receiving an email with Job report which is confusing as I have not seen the engineer. Report says Unable to find parking. Call interrupted. Hopeless.
