You thought it was a scam through clear pay silly people

What an amazing company, I was quoted £310 for my old S24ULTRA, which was far from good condition purely because of the screen. They offered me £310, I sent it Saturday morning, and they received it early Monday morning. They had processed my order and made payment, all within the hour. I was paid in full by midday, amazing service.

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 from Tech Tiger on Amazon. Phone described as "excellent with no visible scratches from 30cm". All three camera ports were rusted like the phone had been submerged in water for a long time, one was heavily scratched. Seller agreed the return but wanted me to pay the return postage. I said absolutely not and they then provided a return label. The return has been received and yet they have not refunded. I am so disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience. It has been a total waste of my time and I have had to message and chase this seller for everything.

The ease of everything we were asked to do in order for it to all run smoothly, and the speed of checking my old phone out and paying me.

Once again Tech Tiger offered me a reasonable price for my iPad, and paid that exact amount on the same day they received the item. I have sold many thing now using Tech Tiger and I wouldn't even consider another company. You can use these guys with confidence.

Excellent Communication and Service. Offered nearly double of some sites for my Samsung Galaxy S9 WiFi only tablet. I was sceptical of the offer as some sites were selling these to the public for less money than I was offered. But within 48 hours the full amount they offered of £440.00 was in my bank with no further questions asked. 5 Star Service Thanks

I sold my MacBook Pro to this company via BackMarket, noted all scratches and that it has a slight bend in the frame (which doesn’t affect the laptop at all as it closes and functions properly) and was quoted £144. When the item arrived they then counter offered the laptop changing it to £30 for the same flaws I’d already made them aware of. When I questioned this they then told me that they could offer me £40 maximum. I was horrified, if the functionality of the laptop was affected or it didn’t work entirely i would agree. I asked for a return which I was granted and I’ve now sold the laptop to another company who has given me £100. So I thoroughly recommend that if this company approach you on BackMarket and you don’t want to ripped off then please avoid them at all costs. This isn’t a situation unique to me having read other reviews I can see others have experienced the same and even had their items returned with damage. Luckily my laptop wasn’t damaged when it came back. This company is wanting nothing more than to buy perfectly good technology for cheap and sell it at a huge profit. I don’t recommend them at all.

returned my item, due to issues with the product. Provided the company evidence my return was dropped off and i haven’t received a refund now they are saying my claim was rejected because there’s no evidence the product was dropped off and that it is “fraudulent” £780 down the drain

Twice I have used Tech Tiger. On both occasions I have been paid what was offered and paid same day as item received. The best service I have received for selling my Tech.
