I have met the JLA Engineer, Furqan Ahmed a few times on site, while performing his duties. His knowledge and professionalism are noticeable and he always goes this extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

What thoroughly prompt and helpful service
Raised an issue and within 15 minutes had a response from Sasha Francisco-Ellam, Customer Helpdesk Co-Ordinator advising an engineer would be attending within 24 hours. A follow on email 15 minutes later to advise enginner would be attending within a 4 hour period - This was excellent service from Sasha with clear and concise responses and an extremely professional and helpful attitude
