Very Good Customer Service
The customer service is very good both over the phone and email. Works orders and queries are responded to promptly. If there are any issues, they report back immediately. Their reports are easy to understand and are sent in a timely manner. We use them on many of our developments that we manage.

Although I missed the call
Although the initial service was courteous, I received a call at 7:00 am confirming that the engineer would attend today. However, I later received another call informing me that the visit has been postponed for another three days. This is disappointing, as confirming a same-day visit early in the morning and then cancelling it later in the day makes it difficult to plan and manage the restaurant's operations
