Excellent service
We called JLA to report a washing machine breakdown in Thornbury, Bristol in supported living. By 12.30 Jack the engineer came and worked really hard. He found the problem and fixed it , even though it was in an awkward location and a very hot day he didn't complain at all and just got on with the repair. He was very polite and pleasant and kept us informed throughout. I would highly recommend Jack. Please could you send our thanks to Jack for being our hero and saving the day.

Very friendly customer service provided by Beth who was a great help. Reported a machine fault; for which she booked an engineer visit in confidently & efficiently, and then she also answered a few other queries I had with no problem.
