we have had new installation of…
we have had new installation of equipment, we have had a few teething problems. Iron was faulty and waited weeks for replacement only to find it was a tap or something that hadnt been turned on by the installers.
we have reported electric shocks from washing machines. JLA came out and apparently tested the macjine saying the machines were fine maybe it was the dosing machine. we called or own electrician in and within 5 minutes had detected that the voltage was enough to hurt, and founf the fault that reslly should have been picked up during install.
we now have an extra bill to pay for this.
we seem to always be told its not us.

Very disappointed with the service we…
Very disappointed with the service we received over this past weekend. We have a contract for 24 hour call out in the event of a breakdown. We're a care home with only 1 machine - it took 3 days to rectify. Initial breakdown was on Saturday and it wasn't fixed until Tuesday.
There seemed to be little understanding or consideration to the situation we found ourselves in which was exacerbated by the company.
The engineer who attended was lovely and couldn't fault him, but the stress in getting him to site could well have been avoided with better planning on JLA part.
