The rug i ordered was not beige as per images. It had a dusty or grey undertone. Return is impossible without high fee.
Delivery was fast but the information around it being split and sent seperately was poor. The team over the phone sent me in circles with one lady in particular extremely unpleasant.
I cancelled an appointment to be home to sign and the driver just left it and i didn't have to sign.
The table runner was the worst part; it has shed so much. I paid for it at the sale price so i just cut my loss and binned it because it was so poorley made it was not worth donating.
The cushions seemed cheap and i expected better quality.
I made an order from temple and webster a few days after recieving all my styling pieces and was really happy with that order.
I expected more given the James Lane appears higher qaulity. I'm glad i didn't purchase big priced items and have only lost around $700 with the delivery at this point.
I'm sure instore would be better because store staff were lovely when i visited.

We dealt with Kathryn at the Kotara store near Newcastle she was knowledgeable and attentive. She could see our vision a d worked with us. Thank you. Date of purchase may not be exact.

From the moment you walk in and greated so warmly by the friendly staff, acknowledging you and treating you like a long lost friend. Their knowledge and understanding into your vision ticked all the boxes.

This was our first time into the store and it has become one of our favourite places to shop. The modern top of the range furniture and artwork really allowed us to create such a warm and inviting home. The prices are fantastic and specials in store allow us to create our dream home.
We will be back.

After days of searching for the perfect dining table, I decided to visit the store and make the purchase in person.

I had to approach staff after standing alone in the front for over 10 minutes. Once I was able to speak to a team member and ready to process my order, the team lead/manager soured my experience even more. I was after a dining table, dining chairs, fabric protector and a rug.

I wanted to give her benefit of doubt as it was 9.30am in the morning but was repeatedly told my items weren’t coming in anytime soon and I could order these products later even after I stated I was aware as I did not need the items prior to the timeframe.

I had mentioned I wanted a rug I noted was online only and asked if I can put in the order. I was immediately shut down noting the product was online only, which I stated I was aware but wanted to know if I could add it in at the time of my sale. It was a cold, unhelpful interaction which made me so eager to purchase from wanting to leave the store immediately as I was made to feel like a burden and wasting their time.

This may not be the case but I did not feel acknowledged or respected as a customer worthy of their time .

After care is not a good experience. I had a console table delivered and constructed no problem but I also purchased a mirror which I did not tell drivers and he placed mirror on table. When I moved the mirror residue from frame has marked the console table. I have contacted James lane 3 times with no response on their end

Helpful and friendly staff throughout the whole process.

Delivery guys were fantastic. Polite, assembled furniture quickly and took all packaging away. These guys work so hard, hope they get a bonus for the brilliant work they do. A credit to the company.

From the minute we stepped into the Toowoomba shop to the furniture delivery we were met with very friendly, helpful, professional people. We were kept well informed of every step in the process and I cannot praise their level of customer service enough. I would highly recommend this company and the Toowoomba store to anyone and will definitely be visiting them again. A big thank you to everyone who helped us with our purchase and the 2 lovely delivery drivers who had already had a big day but were still very cheerful.

Overall good experience. In store was great, finished product is great (we purchased a couch), had a small hiccup with delivery which was promptly rectified. Would buy from again.

Couch delivered from street to apartment in 2 minutes. Efficient.

Products delivered to the wrong address. Rang company. No apology. Was told they were delivered to my house. Photo on delivery not my property. Following being put on hold a second time they realised they did deliver to the incorrect house. No apology and concern by phone consultant or delivery drivers when they did deliver items. They did rectify quickly but customer service, lack of acknowledgement of fault and no apology is appalling.

The delivery men were very polite and quick at getting the mattress into the villa very professional and happy men

The sales team at Liverpool were so helpful and considerate when we were making our Leo gas lift KS bed frame and fabric choice. The after sales service was wonderful as well. The delivery and installation men were magnificent. A joy to have in my home. They were respectful taking shoes off for new carpet. Very very polite asked where they could wash their hands before taking out the bed frame cover so as not to soil it. Just so thoughtful and very professional in their assembly and explaining how to use safely. All my requests were no trouble for them (eg. spacing from the wall for access to power point, placing projective cups under bed feet to minimise carpet dings). It was such a positive delightful experience. I didn’t get their names but I’ll never forget their beautiful manners and respectful attitude. And Thank you Liverpool James Lane/Sleeping Giant.

From first impression at James Lane - Five Star with Shani through to 2nd visit 'just to be sure' the service and advice was professional and friendly always. Ordered on Friday, delivering the following Tuesday and the app was sensational so I was waiting ready with lift curtains and door access with no hassles. Great guys friendly and no trouble attitude - Great Experience thank you.

The delivery team were great and really accommodating with our location and house. The lounge looks perfect for our lounge.
