Well presented showroom,style focused yet still warm and welcoming to all.
Staff greeted you but also allowed you to freely just browse without pressure.
When we did need help they were happy to help and Greg made the purchasing system easy offering us upgrades on fabric protection and delivery yet totally understanding when we chose not to take up the extras on offer.

Easy ordering and super prompt delivery, my ordered art work is spectacular!! Quality workmanship in the glass and framing, this looks even better than I had hoped. Thanks James Lane, I would highly recommend.

Nicola was very helpful and friendly. She confirmed stock of a clearance item for us, and remembered us when we returned the next day to go ahead with the order. Delivery went smoothly, and we love our new dining table.

3 different people separately emailed me to tell me they wouldn't deliver the products without me being there, showing identification papers and showing a valid receipt, after I asked 3 times for an ATL delivery.

They then threatened to charge me fees if I wanted a refund. They kept saying they *could* do an unattended delivery, but 3 different people kept emailing me saying they *wouldn't*. Absolutely insane.

I've ordered 32 pieces of furniture in the last 2 weeks for a new home from a variety of suppliers and these guys have been the worst to deal with by far. Total waste of everyone's time. Would never order anything from these people again.

Terrible quality furniture. Terrible customer service. Delivered furniture without all of the necessary parts, were called within 15 mins of furniture arriving then sought to direct to make a claim via their warranty team of replacing the item.

My experience with Tony from Maroochydore Home Maker Centre was fantastic. He was full of energy and information and helped us make the right decision on our sofa.

Would recommend.

Good communication with delivery

Hannah from Robina was fantastic. She had just started actually only 2 days on the job and you would have thought she had been working there for years. Her service was fantastic. She listened, she cared snd gave really good advice. We were hard customers because we were setting up our new unit and were nervous about all our choices, especially how to make sure everything matched perfectly. Hannah was awesome and we can’t wait to see it all once it’s delivered. Thanks for your help! I know it was a long 2 hours with us.

Products are great quality and good value if you can buy during a sale. The delivery drivers were fabulous, friendly and accommodating.

Staff , mostly one particular one ,she was the best at the Northlakes store.

Our experience with in store sales person and customer service was very smooth and satisfying! The 3/5 is due to the poor delivery experience we had when the deliverers came. First they rang our doorbell and were impatient and were screaming outside on a Saturday at 7am in a townhouse complex. This could have woken the whole neighbourhood. Then when they carried our mattress inside and up the stairs, they were careless and left black fingerprints all over our walls. One of the deliverers pressed their foot on the stair handle to force the mattress through. Thankfully not damaged but we were left with 20 marks on walls without an apology. James Lane and Sleeping Giant definitely need to better handle their delivery. The whole purchasing experience needs to be at the highest level.
