So incredibly slow

So incredibly slow and emails that are apologetic, but offer no real solutions, or commitment to a delivery date. Order was placed 23/3, shipping policy states 14 business days for order processing and confirmation. 18 working days later, no confirmation and no bed. Sent an email and received another apology, but no definite date. It mentioned that I "should reach me on or before the 30th". This would be 26 working days since ordering. Which is over the maximum stated in their policy. Having to chase them to get updates, rather than them contacting me to tell me what's going on. Not pleased. Will not purchase again from them. Do not get lured in by what seems like a good price, because the service is non-existent.

Not recommended - 5 weeks still not received

Ordered two dog beds as part of their birthday sale I think they had called it on the 13th March. I sent two emails since after 14 days of ordering as they say it can take up to 14 to ship and got some pathetic replies from an AI chat gbt robot saying because we were so overwhelmed with orders that we will send your order it's been prioritised... well obviously not. Today being the 14th April and I finally get an email saying it's with a courier but no expected delivery date as yet. I love in regional Qld so I don't expect it to get here in a hurry but come on its coming up to 5 weeks now and it's not a massive package just a couple of dog beds. I definitely won't recommend them or be purchasing again. I needed these dog beds weeks ago. I should have paid extra and gone with a reputable company instead of Bedzy I'd never heard of them before and will never ever use them again.

Firstly, I want to offer a very sincere apology for the delay with your order. March ended up being a completely unforeseen situation for us. Historically it’s usually one of our quieter months, so the sudden spike in orders during the promotion genuinely took us by surprise and unfortunately it created a backlog that took longer than expected to clear.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been waiting this long, especially when you ordered on the 13th of March and needed the dog beds weeks ago. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers and I’m truly sorry for the delay.

I also wanted to reassure you there isn’t an AI robot handling responses. We’re a small Australian team and every message is written by a real person trying to assist and move things along. I can understand how it may have felt automated given the situation, and for that I apologise.

I can see your order is now with the courier and on its way to you. As you mentioned, regional Queensland deliveries can sometimes take a little longer once they leave the warehouse, but it should now be moving through the network quickly.

As a gesture of goodwill, if you ever decide to give us another chance in the future, please feel free to contact me directly and I’ll happily arrange a $50 gift card and free priority processing on your next order.

While I am happy that I have a bed…

While I am happy that I have a bed frame now, I don't think I would order another product through Bedzy ever again.

I read the shipping times only to find out later that it would take longer which was a bit annoying, especially as my mattress had already arrived but this is a negligible problem in the grand scheme of annoyances I experienced.

The instructions I received in order to build the bed were god awful and so many pieces felt misaligned or incorrectly designed and then there were the missing screws on top of that. It took hours to build the bed I bought (Rawson Queen Bed) and that was WITHOUT making the draws.

The guide booklet had two WILDLY different pieces labeled both as the number 12. One of the pieces in the booklet was mirrored in the image, therefore making you think it was the wrong hole. Some pieces felt like they weren't made evenly/straight. Where the brackets for the draws attach, they show you screwing in three holes, however 1 of the 3 have you screw into the section of the bracket where the hole is bigger than the screw that you may as well either not include the screw or pick your own hole elsewhere. I feel like there is more but that is all off the top of my head.

Then there was the missing screws, I had to scrounge around my apartment to try and find some screws that would get the frame together because unfortunately everything today (Good Friday) is closed so I couldn't even run to the local Bunnings to immediately remedy the issue.

The design overall feels average at best with some pieces feeling a bit cheap and it felt like so much work, instead of making it so the slats would sit into dips, instead you have to screw EVERY SLAT in. The time it took was not worth the quality of product I received.

What a disappointing experience, this is coming from someone who typically loves a flat pack.

I’m pleased to hear the bed frame is now in place, however it’s very disappointing to read about the difficulties you experienced with the assembly process, particularly the instructions and the missing screws. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers, and I completely understand how frustrating that would have been, especially when you were trying to assemble everything over the Easter period when stores were closed.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR... DON'T.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS LOT OF COWBOYS. I purchased almost $1000 worth of beds and mattresses because they promised a quick (MAX 14 day) delivery. SIX WEEKS later after pointless BS promises I get half an order dumped in the driveway. The tracking indicated that the delivery went from Melbourne to Canberra (delivery city), to Sydney to Melbourne back to Sydney, to Canberra, sat at the depot there for a few days then got sent to BEGA by mistake (are you kidding me?) then Sydney then Canberra twice. So they obviously use the cheapest most useless courier company available. I expect their products to be just as rubbish. Bedzy refused consistently to allow me to speak to anyone by phone, and sent pathetic Chatgpt responses to my emails with platitudes about how sorry the were.
Anyway rubbish service. Don't waste your time.

Thank you for brining this to our attention. I’ve just taken a look at the tracking and honestly… I’m scratching my head a bit myself. At this point I’m wondering if the courier decided to take your parcel on a full tour of Australia before bringing it to you. 🤦‍♂️

I completely understand why you’d be frustrated seeing that tracking history. I would be too! I'm very sorry this has happened, however I appreciate that just saying sorry doesn’t really cut it when you’ve been waiting this long.

Just to clarify as well, the 14 business day timeframe is an estimated (not guaranteed) delivery window calculated from the time an order dispatches, and unfortunately once the courier has the shipment we rely on their network to complete the final delivery. We do also offer a Priority Dispatch option at checkout, which moves an order to the front of the queue for next business day dispatch, although I completely appreciate that doesn’t help the situation now.

Unfortunately as it’s Sunday the courier’s office is closed, so I’m not able to get answers from them today. I promise this will be the first thing I jump onto tomorrow morning when they open.

Nothing frustrates us more than when a courier lets our customers down like this. The moment I hear back from them, I’ll update you straight away.

Also if email isn’t your preferred way to chat with us, we’re also available on live chat, WhatsApp and social media, so you’re always welcome to reach out through whichever channel is easiest.

Good products, not so great processing time.

I have now ordered a few time from Bedzy, the product's and prices are great! The only thing I don't like is the absurdly long processing and shipping times for orders unless you are willing to pay an extra fee to have your order processed faster.
This just tells me that they definitely have the capability to process and ship orders in a couple of days they just choose not to unless you want to pay more $$$.
The irony is I would probably happily pay if an extra $50 was slapped on the price of the bed, but when it is presented to me as somewhat of a 'Ransom' to release the goods I've just spent several hundred dollars on well that's just a bit of a slap in the face to the consumer in my opinion.

The reason we run things this way is to keep our standard delivery option completely free for most Aussie postcodes, which the majority of customers prefer. Larger or heavy items like beds and furniture require specific vehicles and courier routes due to their size and weight, so during busy periods a dispatch queue can sometimes form while we coordinate the next available courier collection.

Priority Dispatch simply gives customers who need their order urgently the option to have a dedicated team fast-track the order processing, verification and courier assignment, rather than waiting in the standard queue. Many of our repeat customers actually use some of their rewards points to cover that upgrade.

It’s a beautiful bed frame

It’s a beautiful bed frame , however the support legs were the wrong ones and didn’t fit so we had to prop up the middle with books , and 2 of the legs broke while we were moving it

Good value - Purchased the single bed trundle…

Purchased the single bed trundle package in white.
Bed and mattresses arrived within the two week window for delivery. Very happy with the quality of the timber trundle and the mattresses are both very comfortable and good quality. Also very quick and helpful response to any queries I had. Would not hesitate to purchase from this company again and highly recommend them.

Great value comfy bed

I ordered the package of a queen bed with drawers, a mattress and topper and I love it! Reasonably easy to construct the bed with good step-by-step instructions. The charcoal colour of the bed is darker than I expected but other than that I am so pleased with my purchase.
