Dreadful service … do not use .
Dreadful service … do not use .. emails never returned reply’s .. ordered 120 crocus for a client only received 60 … apparently my confusion with the order … manager never had the courtesy to reply personally .. lost me as a client

A cut above
I use different companies for my plants. This is the first time I have used Hayloft and the difference is startling. The plants arrived looking fresh and looked after. After unpacking and a rest they are already growing well. Thank you.

Poor Quality
The products all eventually arrived but the quality was very poor, despite the products being expensive. Certainly not good value for the price.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for a couple of variegated evergreen plants for the pots at my front door.
Found what I was looking for on Hayloft.
Delivery was reasonably quick and plants are very healthy.
Not re potting them until spring, as they are not pot bound.

Good packaging
First part of Plant order arrived in good packaging so no damage to leaves or soil escaped from pots. Delivery was very quick and kept updated as it progressed. Looking forward to next year's flowers.

Excellent product & service
Excellent product & service. The shrub was exactly as described (including useful frost hardiness data,) was carefully packaged so that it was not damaged in transit and arrived quickly so it hadn’t dried out. All this at a reasonable price. It is looking very happy in the garden and is the focal point of that flowerbed.

disappointing
easy to order. only half my order arrived and two of them were dead despite my trying to revive them. the last part of my order well, I would not know what happened to it because I have had to contact Hayloft for any update on them even when they gave me a date it was four days before they were sent by Royal Mail who sent me an email saying my plants had been sent to Aldershot. The most disappointing experience I well never use this company again

I can confirm that your order was dispatched in two separate deliveries, as the plants had different expected delivery dates. Our couriers are contracted to deliver within a 48-hour window; however, on occasion, this timeframe is not met, which is unfortunately beyond our direct control.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this caused.
