I have not received the plants. As the despatch email is noreply I cannot report the non arrival.

Haven’t ordered plug plants for years, had forgotton how small they are. The description posti plugs should have given me a clue.The packets do fit through a letter box In total I received 96 mini plug flower plants with only 4 misses on opening across the 3 packets, 1 obviously lost before packing, 3 foliage broken off .The remainder are all doing well having being potted up & on a sunny windowsills . For the special offer price I paid am well pleased. Just hope they will have grown enough to be able to put in garden before my open garden in June. Found the labelling numbers on the multi pack difficult to see on the plastic to distinguish the plants.Need to take them out of the carton very carefully in the batches of 6. Kept informed of delivery schedule so knew when to expect them.

Tried to cancel order, sent an email, no response.

I was very disappointed in Dobies. They say on their website that items are despatched within 24 hrs and delivery would be approx 2 days later. 3 days later my item had not been despatched and hence was going to be too late for this birthday present to arrive. I duly cancelled the order and bought item from Amazon. Won’t be doing this again.

Execellent quality of plants despite being sent by post! Planted them within an hour or delivery. All alive and in good condition.

Have had several deliveries from both Dobies and T & M where the package has been damaged. Fortunately, this time the plants were not damaged but on a previous delivery I lost 15% of the plants. On the delivery from T & M more than this were unusual (complained this time and had replacements.

Strong plants, well packaged. Looking forward to planting them on and watching them grow 😊

As yet our order has not been received and I have had a further reminder to rate my experience which has not been possible as delivery has not yet been made.

Two plants had the heads crushed by the parcel and they were all dried up at the roots ,took too long in tra sit

From choosing the plants we wanted to buy to delivery was quick and efficient the sweet peas were great quality and now in the planter. Looking forward to the beautiful flowers.

Still waiting on the main reason inplaced the order - received only part of it so far

I have a delivery which was missing the bulk items ordered, since the 15th April I have sent an email every day notifying them that items were missing. Not one email has been answered. Today I received another item and yet again I am down an item on that order. All delivery notes say they are delivered but they havent been.

It costs 7p a minute plus own phone charge to call them. They have my money and I am without the goods. They are hard to deal with. Meanwhile I am bombarded with marketing emails to the point of harassment with them trying to sell me more.

They need to fulfil my orders and take accountability for getting them to me, I have wasted far too much time dealing with this and intend to take it to the Managing Director. I understand they are part of the Thompson & Morgan Group
