Plants delivered promptly
Plants delivered promptly . However, it would be helpful when buying a 'group' of plants to be given the recommended pot size and the ideal potting compost.

The hydrangea and clematis plants were…
The hydrangea and clematis plants were smaller than a I expected, I must say. The hydrangea rootball was very parched - and the clematis quite spindly. Both have now had a good drink of water.

Refunded without a fuss

A well grown plant put in a box too small in height such that the top 15cms of the shrub were bent over so it could be fitted into the box. Fortunately the branches were not broken. Abysmal. I shall never order anything again.

Apart from two dead plants that came…
Apart from two dead plants that came every thing is OK .
Furious that the Royal Mail kept the box two extra days and then delivered at 7.30 in the evening!
Now awaiting the next part of the order from Royal Mail …supposedly tomorrow between 10.10 and 2.10 . Hoping that is the case .
It’s living plants and need considerate handling .
