Very helpfull when I asked for delayed delivery, but, when plants arrived!!
Plant A looks as though it needs nursing,
Plant B is so small I hope it will not get lost when planted,
Plant C looks healthy and ready to be planted out in the garden.
So one out of three looks good I will reserve judgement on the other two.

Half of my order was cancelled due to failure of quality control. Whilst I appreciate rigorous quality control, I couldn't replace the order and do not have the bulbs I wanted. Ordering from an alternative place now

Lack of service via email
After many unsuccessful messages, I still have not received the second part of my order. This has been ongoing for a while. Are Hayloft assuming this is fixed, but it definitely is not?
