I had to change a booking, contacted the customer service line and they immediately picked up the phone and dealt with the problem. I was positively surprised because often online booking firms are not so quick in reacting for customised problem solving.

Go-ferry inconvenience
I booked my trip to Sardinia through go-ferry.com and was booked for two different boat lines with no indication in a boat change on the way back. On the way there I was on Grimaldi (traveled with my friends, needed to be on the same boat), and when I went to check in for my next boat I was informed that when booking through go-ferry they can sometimes book you for a separate boat line with no option to refund. The boat itself was adequate, but that is credited to Grimaldi lines. The go-ferry website is sketchy and I would highly recommend avoiding using it at all costs. Book your boat directly through the company whose boat you would like to be on. WASTE OF MONEY AND NOT WORTH RISK OF USING GO-FERRY.

Our system displays all the ferry companies and routes during the time of booking so that customers can pick the most convenient one for themselves. The final choice of the ferry company and route is left to the customer before the booking confirmation.

As we do all that we can to publish accurate data, we recommend that you review the particulars of the selected ferry company before actually confirming the booking. While refunds and modifications are subject to the terms and conditions of the selected ferry operator.

Nach einer plötzlichen Planänderung der Reederei wurde mir schlicht mitgeteilt, dass meine Fährverbindung Venedig nach Korfu geändert wurde auf Venedig - igoumenitsa. Leider wurde mirmkeine Alternative angeboten. Durch telefonische Rückfrage konnte ich das dann klären und umbuchen. Soweit hätte ich mir die Info von Ihnen gewünscht, ohne dass ich aktiv werden musste. Soweit, so gut. Dann jedoch klappte die Kommunikation sehr gut und das Info-Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es hat alles funktioniert und meine Reise ist somit perfekt. Daher nur vier Sterne in der Bewertung. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Service zufrieden.
