Nie wieder
Nachdem eine anderen Agentur, mit der wir bislang sehr zufrieden gewesen waren, uns diesmal keine Unterstützung bieten konnte (oder wollte), habe ich notgedrungen über goFerry gebucht. Das hätte ich besser bleiben lassen - wie ich im nachhinein feststellen musste, betrachtet sich goFerry lediglich als Vermittler. Meine Anfrage wurde an eine griechische Agentur namens TAKT weitergeleitet - die wiederum bot uns Tickets zu einem maßlos überhöhten Preis an. Auf Nachfrage bekam ich die lapidare Antwort, es handele sich um Buchungskosten. Nie wieder goFerry, nie wieder Fähre nach Griechenland.
Auch die Antwort von goFerry ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Nirgendwo steht zu lesen, dass goFerry lediglich als Vermittler auftritt und keinerlei Verantwortung übernimmt - das ist unseriös, irreführend und kein anständiges Geschäftsgebaren.

Easy and efficient ferry booking service
This website makes it so easy to research and book various ferry options around Greece. Plus when the ferry we had booked was cancelled, a real human operative contacted us to let us known and suggest an alternative . They handled the new booking and sent us confirmation. Excellent English and very pleasant to deal with.

Ticket Ferry en Grèce
Attention lorsque vous prenez des billets par ce site, vous payez environ 37% de charge par rapport à un trajet normal. Il faut prendre vos billets directement sur la Cie de transport que vous prenez comme Seajet par exemple. De plus ils ont mis ma fille sans nous le dire en statut étudiante alors que ce tarif est uniquement réservé aux étudiants en Grèce et que Go Ferry demande notre nationalité. Résultat nous avons dû payer la différence sur la bateau avec un contrôleur qui nous traité comme des escrocs. Total au lieu de payer un voyage Milos Athènes 156€ nous avons payé 175,40 sur le site et en plus sur le bateau 40 € car le tarif étudiant nous n'y avions pas droit.
Total environ 60€ de plus pour rien.
Go-ferry est une société malhonnête.
A éviter. Prenez vos billets au comptoir ou directement sur la Cie choisie.

A trip to Greece
I am planning a trip and needed to book some Ferrys. This has been a first for me. It was so simple to book, the site was easy to navigate. I found all my answers. I also discovered that the ferry in some cases is much cheaper than flying and not that much longer.
I do wish Travel Agents would suggest the Ferry option when you’re booking a trip. At least if your going to and from Islands
