Great communication, follow up and a focus on excellent customer service made the booking experience easy.
Any questions I had were answered and a change in my leave date was handled very courteously and quickly.

I added a retreat as a host, they are supposed to get the 15% as comission, but they kept the full deposit of what the participant sent instead, which was 30%. I asked several in the team about it and none replied. A big scam. They help you to get your retreat published very quickly then keep all the money for themselves and never reply back. Totally not recommended.

Our holiday was cancelled and we were having issues contacting the organisers, but once we requested help from BYK things started moving. The company kept us updated and assisted us in obtaining a full refund of our substantial deposit. We were very grateful for their help. I've used BYK several times for some great holidays, it's good to know they step in when things go awry!

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the past four days. This retreat has been such a beautiful and enriching experience.

The yoga classes were truly inspiring and unlike anything I am used to in Amsterdam. The breathing exercises, the peaceful atmosphere, the wonderful massages, and the incredible food — from breakfast to lunch and dinner — everything was prepared with so much care and love. It felt like a gift that just kept giving.

Thank you for the meaningful conversations, your kindness, and the warm welcome. What touched me most was the feeling of coming home while being so far away from home. That is something very special, and I am deeply grateful for it.

I have genuinely enjoyed every moment and will carry these memories with me for a long time. I would wholeheartedly recommend this four-day retreat to anyone. It is truly a gift to yourself — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and nourish both body and soul.

It was a wonderful healing retreat with a very expert and loving teacher. The spahouse was a wonderful place, with beauty in every detail, the meals that were made for us were delicious, healthy, vegetarian. A beautiful garden to sit in and relax, a nice cosy sauna. Everything together made it a wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience during this 100-hour yoga teacher training. The quality of the classes was very good. What I especially appreciated was the flexibility and adaptability of the teachers, who always made sure everyone felt comfortable and supported in their learning journey.
Pallavi has created a truly beautiful vibe in this place — warm, welcoming, and inspiring. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive, which made the whole experience even more special. I felt genuinely cared for and encouraged throughout my stay.

It was a wonderful week in this hotel. I could make Yoga every day and a lot more activities that I have chosen. The food was good, the people in the hotel and in our yoga class were friendly , the Yoga teachers had a lot of experience and give helpful advices. I made some excursions, hiking tour, kajak tour, swimming etc.. the hotel was very close to a village in which I could go for a sirtaki dance, have a kumquat icecream and a kumquat spritz. In total a wonderful stay! I want to come back again.

The company guys got back to me with a hour or two on the same day. Any enquiry I made they really helped to organise the trip.
Not been in a resort trip jet, but just doing the enquiries they have been great.

We stayed at Star Pine Lodge. It exceeded our expectations, it was perfect.
The accommodation was very clean and catered for everyones needs. Views of the sea from the upper rooms and the terrace. The pool and garden areas are lovely.
The lodge is within walking distance to 2 beaches with cafe bars and restaurants. The Yoga instructors are very experienced and varied - perfect. The venue offers other activities such as hiking, mountain biking and surfing. Ralph the owner was very helpful prior to our stay and during - very friendly and informative. We will be back!

I found Book Yoga Retreats accidentally after doing a search online. The WhatsApp channel is very handy, being able to ask advice with a person who is able to help narrow down the choices based on your personal preferences. I loved the location I chose. Will definitely be doing this again

This was an absolutely wonderful yoga retreat- the accommodation was great and the quality of the yoga instructors was top quality. It was excellent value for money - i couldn’t fault it and would definitely book again

I booked a 6 day yoga retreat in Colombia through Tripaneer at a cost of £690. Roughly £200 of this was a deposit directly with Tripaneer and the rest was to be paid directly with the organisers.

When I discovered I was the only person booked on the retreat, I contacted the organisers directly and they agreed a full refund (approximately £490). They said I would need to speak to Tripaneer directly to refund my deposit. Tripaneer kindly agreed to let me use deposit towards another trip. At the time, I was happy with this.

However, as part of my agreement with the organisers, I agreed, I would still stay in the same accommodation as the planned yoga retreat. But once I was there, it was clear the yoga retreat was never going to go ahead as planned, with the yoga studio being refurbishment and out of use the whole time I was there and with no yoga classes.

Once I informed Tripaneer they refused to refund deposit….despite it being clear the yoga retreat could never have gone ahead. Very frustrating and disappointing, I can’t help feeling I was mis-sold the whole experience.

As it was a birthday gift, I booked another yoga retreat. Tripaneer applied my store credit and a discount voucher towards the balance of my new booking very quickly. I warmly thank them for their kind assistance. Celine

It was a fantastic yoga retreat. Truly relaxed and the hosts are very hospitable, anticipate their guests wishes, cook very healthy. The place is set in the middle of a natural oasis, with a vegetation that gives you the feeling of being in a rainforest .

The timetable is fantastic for anyone recovering from grief, burnout or simply wanting to get their health back on track. The instructors are fantastic and the juicing really helped me to regain my energy. It’s set in beautiful countryside and you’re amongst many warm and welcoming guests, so you never feel lonely. I feel like a new woman, and will be incorporating lessons learned when back home.
