Everyone was so helpful, patient with all my questions and incredibly informative. The website was easy to use and so was the booking and payment system. Hannah was amazing at helping me find the most appropriate choices of retreats and reduced the amount of time and energy in searching which was so very helpful.

Offered accommodations weren't actually available
I booked a two week meditation retreat through bookretreats, which allowed me to select my accommodations. I was informed by the host that those accommodations weren't available and alternate accommodations were offered.
After paying my deposit, I was informed that the terms and conditions prohibited and alcohol during the retreat. I had intended on attending the world famous full moon party on Koh Phangan and having a drink or two. This should have been made clear prior to paying my deposit.
