I chat will 5 persons for the same booking. I never been able to return to the first one. I didn’t receive email after purchase. The status pending is missing, the retreat is fully booked when the host confirm it

While our team was trying to advocate for your 'Early Bird' eligibility with the host, I know it just felt like a lot of back-and-forth on your end. I’m so sorry that the timing didn't work in our favor this time. We really appreciate you sticking with us, and we're sorry for the disappointment.

It was easy to book but because I asked for availability on another while waiting for reply I got a bit confused as to which one I booked … just waiting for them to contact me about pickup from airport etc
