Impeccable customer service
I’ve booked a few retreats through this company now and they are great. Recently, through no fault of their own, I unfortunately had a bad experience with a retreat that I booked through the site - but I cannot speak more highly of their customer service. A special shout out to Lou who was so kind, supportive and communicative throughout my experience. She listened to everything I had to say and dealt with my complaint so professionally whilst remaining supportive throughout, helping me feel at ease in an unsettling time and helped me resolve my issue so quickly. Finding Peace, Clarity, and Emotional Release
This was my first time ever attending a retreat or experiencing Reiki, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I went in not knowing exactly what to expect, but it completely exceeded anything I could have imagined.
During the retreat, I was able to release so many builtup emotions that I didn’t even realise I was still holding onto. It felt like a deep emotional cleanse. By the end of it, I felt lighter, clearer, and genuinely happier with my life. Having that dedicated time to slow down, relax, and really reevaluate things gave me so much clarity and peace, something that’s hard to find in everyday life.
The hypnosis sessions really helped me break away from my old mindset and stop falling back into the same negative thought patterns. I feel like I’ve been given the tools to move forward in a much healthier, more aligned way.
I truly believe this kind of experience is essential for spiritual and emotional wellbeing, almost like spiritual hygiene. It’s something I would recommend doing at least once a year to reset, realign, and reconnect with yourself.
Overall, I’m so grateful for this experience, and I would highly recommend Chrissy to anyone who feels ready to let go, heal, and step into a lighter, happier version of themselves.

They looked after us from beginning to end. All staff are wonderful and very helpful.
Food was great and yummy, classes were very educationally , and massages very relaxing.
Transport was happy to talk about anything we asked about and drove very safety.
