Commission excessive !
J'ai acheté 2 billets pour la traversée Ischia-Capri via go-ferry, facturés 93,97€ via l'Agence TRAVAELA LTD (basée à Chypre...) , alors que la compagnie maritime Aliauro qui effectue le transport, les fait payer 56€ en direct sur son site, soit une commission de 47,97€ représentant 86% du prix du billet, ce qui me semble tout à fait excessif. Je ferai attention la prochaine fois en achetant directement sur le site du transporteur!

I wish I could put 0 stars - NO REFUNDS
I wish I could put 0 stars. Go Ferry kept our money. We booked tickets for more than a week out then asked them to cancel within 10 minutes after discovering that they only offered higher priced tickets. They cancelled and then kept all the money, over 400 Euros for 2 tickets. They double the refund timelines of the ferry operators so said we get no refund. We are currently in dispute through our credit card company. I would encourage you to go directly to seajets.com or ferryhopper.com or the public ferry services.

Toller Service bei Go-Ferry!
Ich habe eine Reise über go-Ferry mit der Balearia von Barcelona nach Alcudia gebucht. Konnte auf der Fahrt nach Barcelona keinen Web-Check-in machen. Habe dann bei go Ferry Deutschland angerufen und eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin angetroffen. Die Dame hieß Thea und sie hat sehr freundlich dafür gesorgt, dass wir am Ende, 3 Stunden vor Abreise dann endlich per eMail die Check-in Karten bekommen haben. Thea hat festgestellt, dass ich einen Fehler bei der Buchung gemacht habe und dadurch die Fahrt gefährdet war. Wir sind ihr sehr dankbar und froh darüber, dass sie sich so zuverlässig eingesetzt und sich gekümmert hat. Jederzeit würde ich wieder bei Go Ferry buchen. Vielen Dank Thea

Too expensive
I recently searched for ferry tickets from Corfu to Paxos. I was surprised to find that GoFerry’s prices were approximately 100 euros higher than those listed on tickets.ferries.gr. Such a significant discrepancy in pricing raises concerns about GoFerry’s value for money and pricing transparency.

This platform is a complete scam.
I realised I’d been ripped off the moment I received the booking confirmation—directly from Balearia—which clearly showed the ticket cost was €220. Yet I had already been charged €330 through this third-party site. That’s a 40% markup for absolutely no added value.
The website is deliberately designed to look like an official Balearia booking page, which tricks users into thinking they’re booking directly with the ferry operator. It’s deceptive by design. The only thing this company seems to offer is confusion and inflated prices.
Shameful, unethical business model. I’ll never use this site again and strongly urge others to avoid it. Spend two extra minutes and book directly with the ferry company—you’ll save yourself a lot of money and frustration.

I found the GoFerry website easy to use, with a clean layout and straightforward navigation. There were several travel options to choose from, which gave me flexibility—but at times, it felt like there were maybe a few too many alternatives. A slightly more streamlined selection could make the process even smoother. Overall, a good experience! I hope that the experience also will be good
