I ordered these insoles and although they stated delivered they were left sitting on the front desk of my building with nobody there instead of placing the package in our secure package lockers which was 2ft away from where they were left which resulted in my package being stolen by a food delivery person based on cameras in my lobby. Footstr refused to do anything about me not receiving my package and said the delivery company said it was delivered despite the picture showing the package was left randomly on a desk in the open. When I placed my order they wouldn’t allow me to get package coverage and gave me a message saying it wasn’t available and would be removed at checkout I proceeded anyways which was clearly a huge mistake on my part. Footstr was no help, refused a refund and redelivery. I would not buy from them.

They sent me a mens size 14 foot insole ad i ordered a childrens size 1. I obviously left it in the original packaging because it is of zero use to us, and sent an email requesting a return so i could get the proper size. They emailed asking for a photo of the item, so i sent the photo of the brand new, in package item. They DECLINED my return request and offered me 10% of a refund and to keep the insoles. Naturally, i reiterated that these insoles were by far too big for the size i ordered and wanted a full refund and to return the item i have. They sent back an email saying they will offer a "final" offer of 20% refund and to keep the item. I am contacting the BBB and giving a review on every page I can find regarding this company so nobody wastes their money to get completely scammed.

Horrific company and a scam at its best. Ordered mine 17 November and it’s 1 December and they still haven’t shipped. I contacted customer service and they just keep responding that tracking will be updated when the item is shipped. My son is still in pain and I’ve decided to take him to his primary care provider. I’m convinced you can’t trust the adds anymore. Save your time and money and go to your primary care and get some insoles.

They do not work for my child. I requested a size 2 for kids are received adult sized pads. The shipping took forever and we paid 45 dollars including shipping. You can get them for 11 dollars through Walmart!

They claim you can get a 100% refund but I have had to email with customer service for 2 weeks because they sent the wrong size for my son. They wanted a picture to prove they hadn’t been used and offered me a 20% refund. Totally bogus business!!! Don’t purchase!!

Terrible company. Asked for refund right away. Did not respond for 4 business days and said the couldn't because it was shipped. They had 4 business days to cancel but made the shipping label same day they replied. Stay away. They are just generic insoles with their name stamped in them and a huge mark up. I canceled due to many people saying they never got their products and Google saying they are a scam site.

This company will not refund or exchange. Their claims are bogus and they do not respond to emails. They claim to be a company based in Sweden but are registered in the UK and ship from China. The products are marked up and are available for a few pounds from other Chinese websites. It also appears that reviews and comments on social media are bots/fake.

They are a scam. I ordered 2 insoles over a month ago. Received nothing but emails claiming they were on their way. Then the tracking said in accessible. Then wrong address. Then return to warehouse. After 15 emails, I have yet to see a refund. They are now saying I only paid half of what I was charged and that that’s what the can refund me. It’s still not credited to my card. Keep in mind I have “shipping insurance” purchased through them.

Do not buy from these people. They have been a horrible company to deal with. They will not send a return code. They keep trying to make deals for me not to get my money back.

Footstr has been a horrible experience. They sent me the wrong size, I ordered for my son. The return policy is send them a picture with product still in original packaging, to receive return instructions, did it. The response has been 20% refund, keep product. I need the right size, they stopped responding. Horrible customer service!!!

The size I received was for a child, not an adult. I was told by John that the order was correct. However after sending photos back to John with a tape measure showing the product I received was wrong , I was asked if I wanted a 10% then 20% discount.
Really nice website, everything looked great. Don’t purchase. Poor customer service.

My wife and I ordered two by accident so I asked to cancel one. Request one in several days before shipping. The product was still shipped and John. The owner said he would be happy to provide a shipping label. He replies once a week and offers a slight discount and ask for pictures of the insole. The package still remains unopened and all I wanna do is return the item that should’ve never been sent. I am disputing with my bank because it has been over a month and I keep getting emails asking me for stupid 10% discount on an item I didn’t want.

I’ve not received the goods I ordered. The tracking number they provide isn’t valid and there are no responses to emails asking when the goods will be received. Definitely one to avoid.

Scam website. As with other reviews I got sent the wrong items. They sent 4 different adult sizes ranging from size 13 to side 5 when when I ordered a child size 13. Refused to refund me

The company never sent my order, they billed and charged my account but never sent my order . Will be reporting it as fraud , as I sent multiple emails and they never fixed my issue or responded

One son is agreeing to wear these and it reassures me that he is getting good foot support. He had complained of leg pain and now the situation seems to have resolved. My other son refuses to wear his. Says they make him feel like the shoe is a platform. He is perhaps more particular about not feeling like things are tight- prefers sweats to slacks, for example. Likes shoes and sandals to be a little loose. So these insoles can make the foot feel more crowded which doesn’t work for a kid like him. 1 out of 2 kids is ok, I suppose! Customer service was kind when I reached out about it.

It's too pricy and while purchase it states 2 pairs, but in fact it's for a person not a set of two !! Anyways looks ok !! But not great insoles for the price !!

Great customer service. They responded quickly to my question. I purchased 3 pairs for my 13 year old who has flat feet. I noticed it slowly and after watching the video it just clicked. The insoles addressed a big part of the problem. I can tell a huge difference in his ankles not rolling in and his knees are aligned. We have always known his feet are flat, but just did not think how easy and cost effective it could be to help him.

Have sent multiple requests for the returns information and I haven’t received a reply
