AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company says you need to return at your own cost to SWEDEN!! I've never heard of such nonsense. Garbage!

Processing problem with my UK based order email came through 4 days after I ordered them. Was a bit dubious as reviews from others weren’t great. My son and daughter both nee them asap due to pains they are experiencing.
Not great first impressions unfortunately.

Ordered over a week ago. Today I had to download an app just to track my package ..(another app and more spam) to see 'Delivered 2 hours ago'. Who it was delivered to I have no clue, but it certainly wasn't me. I'd hoped for my package not multiple emails from the company with content unrelated to my order.
Not impressed.

Their 100 % guarantee is false advertising. They will not accept the return at all. Received the product and it didn’t work. 2 days after receiving, tried to initiate return and was told their US return warehouse was closed and they can’t accept returns.
Scam to advertise returns and refunds.

Ordered and my package has been held for weeks supposedly out for delivery. I've sent emails regarding this with no response. I either want the item or a full refund.

I first went to Footstar because I was suffering from plantar fasciitis. I had never worn custom orthotics and the pair that Matt made for me seemed to correct the problem quickly. Great service and great product! Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with my orthotics! I suffered with knee and ankle pain for years. The Footstar orthotics are the foundation I was missing.

Well, when I received the mold, it was so wide that it wouldn't fit in any of my shoes without it sticking out!

Granted I have wide feet, however there's a piece that literally makes my orthotics 4 INCHES across!, At $250 I thought it would be WAAAY better and worth it.

The website was very easy to maneuver and the foam molds to make the foot impressions came very quickly within two days. Easy to understand photographs in the directions make it easy to understand how to complete the foot molds and how to return the molds.

It was easy to order. Now to see if the orthotics will live up to the expectations!

so far so good. Asking to rate the website seems disengenuous as that is only a small part of my customer experience. I am concerned that my feedback is premature and that people may use this to purchase when I DON'T KNOW IF I LIKE THE FOOTBEDS YET!

I have very flat feet and mild arthritis in my toes. After paying $400 for custom orthotics from my doctor that didn't work I decided to give Footstar a shot. I'm glad I did! The aches and pains in my toes and knees are gone. Now I can hike as often as I want with no issues.

Matt was right. Foot pain gone in two weeks with my custom orthotics. I was able to cancel that foot doctor appointment. I've needed custom shores/orthotics since childhood and know what they feel like when they are well done. These are the best I have had since I was 10. I've spent thousands of dollars on horrible orthotics, expensive shoes and historically was very unhappy with them. When Matt told me he would work with me to make adjustments as needed and that it was not a one-fit-and-done thing, I felt huge relief and took the dive. Nothing is more frustrating than spending good money on orthotics and having your feet feel worse.
At 62, with lots of structural issues and enough metal in me to start my own scrap yard, I'm really quite tickled that I can walk 6 miles a day again and just end up with tired feet at the end of the day. No more stabbing pains in my heels, achilles tendon, or tortured knees. Seriously, this saved my sanity. I thought I was going to have to give up walking.

Right from the beginning, I found Matt and Matt Jr extremely helpful in fitting for orthotics as well as shoes. Without any complaints, I've had many good years in their orthotics and excellent follow-up.
I would certainly recommend Footstar services from Arciuolo in Milford, CT. I have been getting shoes there from 1991 when I lived in Milford. I now drive over an hour for both shoes and orthotics from Arciuolo.

Footstar Orthotics simply gave me back my quality of life. I was in constant pain and unable to walk any distance, which severely limited most any activity. Cortisone injections, heel pads and drug store inserts gave me no relief. A friend of mine mentioned Footstar and I immediately made an appointment with Matt for a very detailed fitting analysis. When I picked up my new orthotics I was absolutely amazed at the instant improvement, so I purchased a second pair so I would have a spare. I am now able to walk every morning for 3 miles without any pain or discomfort. Footstar gave me back my life and I now enjoy pain free walking every day.
