My granddaughter loves her new insole
The package came fast

My son was complaining pain due to his flat feet. With footstr he really feels more comfortable in walking.

We bought these for our 9 year old daughter who plays soccer and also does Girls on the Run. She was complaining (and visibly limping) each time she did these activities as well as just after school from time to time. Once we put these insoles in, she felt almost immediate relief and even says “I think I’m cured and don’t have to wear them anymore.” Of course it’s just because the pain is gone. We should have bought another pair! It’s wonderful to see your kid be able to be active again and be able to live pain free. Definitely worth the money. The quality was great too.

Working great for my daughter who had a major growth spurt and her ligaments needed time to catch up. She feels great wearing them in a variety of shoes. Delivery was timely and customer service was very responsive with updates.

My daughter is definitely complaining less about foot pain and says the in-soles are so comfortable. I wish I had looked into this sooner tbh. I bought 2 sets - one for school and one for her shoes as she’s running around outside. She’s very pleased.

Since my son has used footstr he has not had foot, knew, or back pain.. I will be ordering more

We did actually receive the shoe inserts which is always good when trying to get something off a Facebook ad! One pair for son and pair for mom. Mom feels like they have nice support so far and she switches them from shoe to shoe so must feel good. She is on her feet at school quite a bit. They are not super firm but that is good for some. Son is nonverbal but seems to walk/track better with the orthos in his shoes and as bonus he is not pulling them out so must think they are okay!

The inserts really helped my son's foot pain! They did wear down much earlier than we expected (about 6 weeks), but when I reached out to FootsR, they replaced them, stating this isn't normal wear for their products! I am impressed with the product and customer service.

Twins approve. My son plays LaCrosse and Football and he said this was the first time his feet didn't hurt after practices. My daughter plays Softball and she said they felt great on her feet, spongy but supportive.
I bought myself a pair and for the price and comfort, will definitely looking to buy a couple more for the twins and myself.

My son has struggled with heal pain from Sever’s Disease - these inserts are the only things my wife and I found that helped him in his baseball turf shoes.

So I placed this order for my 9 year old son that has foot pain and issues with walking. Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size. I sent a message thru the website and received a response from James. James helped me with my replacement and was super helpful and courteous. Very grateful for this and now waiting for my sons new insole pairs.

Scam. No worth time or money. They sent wrong size asked for a full refund, several emails trying to persuade me to keep the product, I said no, then they told me I have to pay the shipping back to their place, very dissatisfied.
