It seems a fraud!!
This appears to be a scam. We placed our order over a month ago, and nothing has been delivered.
All emails are answered only by an automated chatbot, and the phone number provided is not in service.
This is unacceptable. We demand an immediate update and resolution, including a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

My son has been using these and not seeing my much difference. The order took forever to arrive and when I thought I canceled my subscription, I got charge again for the next month.And now I've sent mulitple emails with delayed responses and when I finally get them, they tell me they are sending my request to some department. They don't have an option to cancel on the Web site so your at their mercy. Not good customer service.

If I could give a minus rating I would - DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER with this company. Product comes in a silver package without labelling (is this legal for food?), customer support is a chat bot until say going to make a comment on social media even then I had to ask repeatedly to cancel the subscription. I have been told I won’t get a refund after weeks of trying as I hadn’t sent them a photo of the product with a time stamp- what? This has not previously been requested nor is in their refund policy. The 100% refund offered within 60days is a lie. This company should be reported to the regulator - I need to find out which regulator. Again - Do not make an order

I can only repeat what others have said. Delivery is shocking, very poor comms and packaging totally different with no instructions or labelling. Continue to take money evening through i have request they cancel. Will go through my credit card and do this. Do not use

Absolute scam company. You can't cancel the subscription. They send product with NOT ONE INGREDIENT listed. They refuse to cancel subscriptions. Send BS emails. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered on the 13th of February and still waiting for my order to arrive. The second recurring order has no dispatch details yet. I have requested a refund but still waiting on a reply.

I wrote a review just over a week ago about my experience with Lysa Ritual, Camilla then reached out to apologies for the delay in receiving my product and offered me refund as well as a 20% discount on future purchases. Keen to see how the gummies work.

If you are based in the UK be warned shipping time is RIDICULOUS. 3 weeks and still haven't received the item. Think it is still in North America somewhere. To add to this, right after I placed my order I got an email saying "due to demand our product is being shipped in non-branded packaging."

Appreciate Lysa Ritual may be a company in their infancy but I am not happy with the delay in receiving my purchase. Zero expectation management.

It’s taken 6 weeks for the Lyra Ritual Gunmies to arrive afyer several chase up emails . Then what has arrived is a ridiculously small silver pouch witn no ingredients or instructions for £45. I have asked for an immediate refund . This can not be legal and nothing like packaging advertised. Also the trust pilot reviews on the website are totally suggest to in this forum .

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Gummies look different than what’s on the website. Came in an unmarked silver package with no ingredient list or anything on it which is actually illegal for something you are eating. I tried to cancel online since it says “easy cancel”. That’s a lie. They won’t cancel and told me I need to pay for my next shipment as well. Avoid this company!!

Spoke with 2 agents about my delayed order and they were fantastic! Turns out my local courier was the problem. The products arrived in perfect condition so yeah, I'm happy so far

my first experience was very bad. i ordered the gummies but it came completely different. the packaging has no label, no safety label, no ingredients and allergy labels. It was scary as it is consumable product. I wrote many emails trying to find out why. All i got was a standard response from Agnes and Abilgail. Abi offered me at 20% refund but initially i was still worried as i felt it was a scam. I written to them again and again. Finally, Agnes and Abi refused to even reply my email. i wrote to my bank to complain, i wrote on face book and review , yet no one bother to reply me. Finally Kristen replied me and she promised she will attend to my concerned. Eventually, we came to a mutual agreement. Thanks to Kristen patience. But i will never order Lysa gummies again- i feel what the management done is not right, sending me 3 packets of gummies with no label etc, how can i know if is real or just normal candy gummy. even with the 20% refund, i had no choice but took it as i have been scam getting 3 packets or normal gummies.

I gifted their gummies to my sister and so far, she's been very happy.

I thought the ads were fake so I was scared at first, but the gummies really work! Hope the results last for a long time!

Changes product without warning or information and refuses to cancel. I have asked 6 times and talking to customer support... I have asked to cancel my subscription immediately and they just emailing back with..." just wait". DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
