I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Galaxy Cruises.
After raising a formal complaint on 24 June 2026 regarding our forthcoming October cruise & stay holiday and the location of the hotels in Boston and Quebec and the additional supplements being charged for centrally located accommodation, I was repeatedly assured that my concerns were being reviewed. However, more than a month later, I have still not received a substantive written response.
I was told that hotel options had been emailed to me and that a member of staff would telephone me to discuss them. I immediately advised that I had not received the email and was assured that I would receive a call. Neither the email nor the promised telephone call ever arrived.
Instead of resolving the issues, I have had to spend considerable time chasing updates and repeating the same information. The lack of communication, failure to follow through on commitments, and delay in responding to a formal complaint have been very frustrating.
I hope Galaxy Cruises will now provide the final written response that has been outstanding for over a month. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their customer service.
UPDATE I am pleased and relieved to confirm that following compromise from both Galaxy Cruises and ourselves, this matter has now been resolved and we finally have hotels that are booked in central city locations in both Boston and Quebec. Thank you to Adam from Galaxy Cruises for sorting.

Great prices, stress free booking
We have used Galaxy Cruises twice and its always a really easy stress free experience. The first was to get a virgin cruise that other companies said was sold out but Galaxy Cruises were able to find a room. Adam has always been quick to respond, most correspondence is done over WhatsApp making it even easier as we are often out of the UK.
