The Cruise Holidays uk Recenzje

Raj was extremely helpful in helping us book our family cruise for March 2027. He was very thorough and took his time to find us the perfect cabin combinations.

I spotted a cruise and stay package from these guys on Facebook . Our rep Nevis was happy to tailor the trip to our requirements and advise on options.
paper work all clear and in order. and crucially, a follow up request was dealt with in good order
No negatives at all

My luck was in having my initial reply from Raj who turned out to be one of the most helpful people I have every had when booking a holiday. He was so efficient and heklpful clearly giving the necessary information including covrering all the options. I made the booking. I hope the after-sales service turns out to be the same high standard.

I found that Raj went over and beyond with the help that I needed in order to be able to conveniently book my holiday,as I am very hard of hearing

Just booked a holiday with this company-Raj was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience very easy and made sure I got what I was looking for.

Used Cruise Holidays to organise our first ever cruise as was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. Nevis helped us arrange the best package to suit our needs and was very helpful and patient. Nevis was not at all ‘pushy’ but responded to emails promptly. It was a stress free experience leaving us excited about our holiday next year. Would highly recommend.

I noticed this company on Facebook so obviously was very wary of using them. I contacted them and spoke with Adam who was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a quote . I took a while to research the company and the trip and then contacted them again and this time spoke to Prince. He went through everything with me and I booked. I have had great Customer support and he had always the time to explain any queries I have had. Received all documents which are well laid out and very easy to follow. Have had a few queries about how to get from one point to another and Admin came back to me immediately with the answer.

I would recommend this company, they are competitive, knowledgeable and most of all at the end of a telephone or an email when you need .

Would certainly use again.

We are just back from our holidays , we had such a lovely time ,Prince Shah organised everything for us and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough everything went very smoothly and he was so helpful and answered all our queries straightaway . We will definitely be using cruise 1st again

Adam was extremely helpful in working with us to match our wishes with finding best value without compromising on the quality of the overall trip we wanted. Booked for Sept 2027, fingers crossed it meets our expectations but I have feeling it will exceed them.

I have just booked a Cruise & Stay holiday with Reema. She was so helpful answering all my queries. Anything I asked she replied very promptly. The original flights were not convenient so she altered them to suit. I would have no hesitation in using them again, it was a pleasant experience all round. Well done Reema.

I contacted the Cruise Holiday about a tailor made trip i'd seen via social media.
I received a call back quickly from Raj.
He looked into the package I was interested in & came back with a good discount. He also slightly tweeked the trip to suit us.
Unfortunately we decided not to book the trip but just the cruise part of the original holiday. A larger company came in with a better price which was unfortunate for Raj as his customer service was amazing.
I must admit, I did feel pretty bad about booking with someone else but the fare was too much cheaper to ignore.
I would definitely get back to Raj at The Cruise Holiday if I decide to book a 'tailor made' trip including plane, train & ship as I believe he could get me the best deal.
Thanks guys, keep up the good work

Excellent service. Listened to what I wanted, stayed on budget and put together a great holiday.

Outstanding service and levels of communication from Raj. Every request and query was responded to in a prompt and professional manner. Raj helped us to personalise our trip which was very much appreciated. Top class, thank you

Contacted other cruise/stay agents before we booked with The cruise Holidays. Raj the agent we spoke to found him very professional and informative. He sorted the hotels and tweaked the itinerary to suit.

Reema went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best price for our holiday. I can’t recommend this company enough for such a good service.

Raj, the advisor was so polite, patient and helpful, he looked at all the different options for us swiftly and effectively and made sure he got us a package right for us.

Scout My Holiday... is an absolutely MARVELLOUS company. Ask for Prince and you will have the very best of care. He is amazingly helpful , and cannot do enough to help. Prince is very professional and proficient, and makes certain you have everything you need and more. The prices he quoted will not be beaten. Prince offers peace of mind and certainty that everything will go according to plan, so you have no worries. Happy holidays.

Just booked a caribbean cruise with Prince.
He is a very professional member of the team, very clear explaining everything involved and made the booking process very enjoyable.😊

I had been searching for a cruise with a stay in Lake Garda, for my husband and I, but could not find anything that quite fitted what I wanted and then I saw and advert on facebook from The Cruise Holiday uk which looked perfect. I sent them a message and Raj phoned me back we discussed the itinerty and he sent me it in full which showed all the included transfers via email.
When I then confirmed I wanted to book he went through everything with me again on the telephone to ensure everything was right. I have now booked and received all the paperwork and atol certificates. Amazing service. Well done Raj - that's all we need do now is sit back and wait for our holiday which is 1 night in Rome, 10 night best of Italy & Croatia cruise on Celebrity Constellation and a 3 night stay in Lake Garda. Booked for July 2027

Prince was extremely helpful & provided numerous options to my never ending list of queries. Once we settled on the cruise all associated travel arrangements were confirmed
