CRUISE KINGDOM Recenzje

Excellent service received from Harry. So professional, patient and knowledgable. I have now booked 2 fantastic cruise packages for next year for 8 adults per cruise and will recommend and continue to use yourselves due to the excellent service and competitive prices being provided.

Apart from one exception good info and service.

Cabin location notified at booking time - gave info about celebrity Tand C's that I needed.

The exception was that, on first contact, the deposit was 600pp, then went to 650, then at booking went to 700.
Couldn't be bothered to argue about the changes but not good

Efficient and good information

First time we have used Cruise Kingdom and Harry, our consultant was very efficient in providing the information we needed to book the cruise. Very impressed.

Excellent service from Andy, answered all questions, very knowledgable and efficient

Rosie McLaren was superb. She worked really hard for us and gave us a tremendous cruise to New Zealand in 2028. She does what she says, which was fantastic.
On Sunday I contacted Rosie about an Asian cruise. She got back to me straight away and once again because of her professionalism and knowledge we booked yet another cruise. We won't go anywhere else now. Thank you Rosie.

Andi was professional, helpful and polite

Great experience booking with Andy today . He was super helpful and informative throughout the whole booking process . It was a pleasure to speak to him today and book with Cruise Kingdom.

Harry was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The price compared very favourably with other similar deals.
All - in-all a first class booking service.

Fantastic booking experience with Harry. Thorough explanations and seamless service given. All our questions answered promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend booking with Cruise Kingdom.

The advisor that I had the pleasure to deal with, Andy, was courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional and proficient in his handling of my booking. He talked me through the whole process seamlessly and answered any questions that I had. At the completion of the booking process, he talked me through the procedure again, to ensure that I had fully understood everything. I’m 79 years old and not the best listener in the world!

I received a promotional email about a cruise and stay holiday at a great price. I contacted agent Harry as we have booked with him before.
Harry provided lots of information and tailored the advertised holiday to meet our specific needs whilst maintaining the great price.
Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Hassle free throughout and cant wait for our next adventure. Thank you again.

We love Cruise Kingdom for the professional customer service and support always provided.
Andy is an excellent representative who provides quality customer service,
always looking for the best Cruise Package to suit our needs.

Find it all very simple and very easy to use and your agent harry was the best.

Harry was an agent local to me , he explained all my options and made sure all my requirements were met .The experience was so positive I told my friends in Scotland and they have booked the same trip via Andy and we have linked our bookings

Easy booking made with Harry, who was very helpful and a pleasure to work with

Harry explained the options very well making it easy to make a cruise choice

Whilst we waited for an hour on the line to get through, including 15 minutes when, upon checking, they had been shut for 15 minutes, we were quite disappointed. We called again the next morning and got through to Harry. He was really great, knowledgeable and professional, pleasant and reassuring. He saved the day, thanks Harry. The booking process was straightforward, reasonable deposits, but the price was higher than advertised.

Enquiried and booked through Harry who was very helpful, answered all the questions and made the booking on our behalf.

Andy was clear about the booking. Upon checking the email confirmation, the promised cruise cabin was different from what I was promised. I was told of a sea-view with a window; instead, I got an inside cabin.
