harry clear strait informative helpful and polite

I recently booked two cruises with Harry, and the service I received was outstanding from start to finish.
Harry was calm, patient, and never once made me feel rushed, even when I had lots of questions. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole booking process easy and stress-free.
He was always approachable, friendly, and professional, and it was a real pleasure dealing with him. Thanks to Harry, I now have two fantastic cruises booked, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent customer service.
Thank you, Harry, for making the whole experience so easy.

Booking through Cruise Kingdom was easy and efficient, by a direct telephone call with Harry after I had sent the details on their callback request form. Everything was clearly explained and followed up by a confirmation email that gave full details.
My full satisfaction only now depends on the holiday going according to plan.

We've just booked our second cruise and stay with Cruise Kingdom and our second time booking with Harry who is very friendly, helpful and efficient. He's very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions and provide solutions. I highly recommend them .

Well what can I say if all the agents were like Harry everything will go smoothly we booked three cabins and the best choice was the ones with balconies, Harry did a brilliant job and the price was fantastic for a three-week cruise thank you very much
Harry hope to do business with you again next next year.
Antony.

We saw a cruise advertised which looks perfect for us. I spoke with Andy who is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He organised the trip and tweaked it to our exact liking. When all booked I contacted Andy and mentioned a query I had about one of the Hotels. Andy rang me instantly and asked if we would like to change the Hotel. After checking out the new hotel we decided to change to that one which Andy did instantly with no fuss whatsoever confirming our happiness and experience was paramount. You can't get fairer than that.

The trip is yet to come but I already feel completely happy and we are in safe hands.

Thank you Andy.

Flexibility with flights and added breakfast included, thank you Andy 😄

The polite and efficient way Andy dealt with all my enquiry’s

I regularly use Cruise Kingdom above any other cruise agent because they can usually offer better packaged deals than others.
I always hope and try to speak with Harry in their sales team. He is friendly and always extremely helpful and patient, and never pushy when exploring and explaining all of the different options associated with their cruise packages.
