He even added some free upgrades.
Once on our holiday, from start to finish everything was so well organised. We had a fantastic time.

Booked our biggest holiday ever
We was recommend Viva and booking our holiday was tailored to our needs and requests. Vaibhav was very polite, caring and wanted to help us and is going keep in contact. I love Viva Holidays and Viva Cruises …
I have booked a number of holidays with Viva Holidays. And they have ALL been amazing. This trip is the second cruise I have booked and both I have been looked after by Madhav . He remembered me from 2 years ago and the level of customer service is brilliant . He remembered the whole conversation from last time . He is absolutely brilliant !! Excellent; ask for VK personally for the best service.
VK quickly and politely responded to multiple enquiries. He was patient and reassuring and did everything he could to help us. VK went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best value package, including cabin choice and gave us lots of helpful tips about un/necessary extras as well as advice on the countdown to our cruise.
