Getting in early to secure your airline seats.
This is the first time we have ever booked what could be described as a package holiday. While all seems very much ok, we have to organise our own transfers, which are numerous as the package includes, a number of hotels, trains, coaches and a cruise, plus airport transfers, I guess they will work out. Our biggest and only real concern is airline seat allocation. Galaxy doesn't issue tickets (as required by the airlines, before you can allocate seats) until the final balance is paid. This can be some time after making a booking, allowing direct paying travellers to get in first. I put this to Galaxy who allowed us to pay a large part of our outstanding balance early, specifically for the airline tickets, this subsequently allowed us allocate our seats. On a long haul flight, seat location can be all important, particularly as we are a party of 6 in Premium Economy.

Excellent experience booking this cruise adventure
Excellent experience booking this holiday and Brian was very informative.
The original cruise did not have a cabin suitable for us but after 'going away for 15 minutes' Brian called us back with a comparable cruise for the same(ish) money, travel dates and on a better ship. Fantastic.

Looked on line for a cruise and stay…
Looked on line for a cruise and stay holiday for 2028 and Galaxy cruises was one of the company providing a quote . Dealt with Him and he provided us with all the necessary information for us to compare to others and decide what to do. Went back to him to clarify certain bits of information and after agreeing all the costs incurred we booked the cruise holiday which we are really looking forward to. Jim was helpful throughout and was patient when I was too busy to take one of the calls . Obviously, too early to comment on the overall experience of the holiday process but so far we couldn’t expect anything better from Galaxy

We recently booked a cruise with Galaxy Cruises. We'd seen one that we particularly wanted and decided to compare prices. We were put through to Jim, who couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us options and after taking all our details said that he would email us the quotes so that we'd have time to think it over. On receiving the quotes, we messaged him back and he was then. Able to reduce the price even further to ensure we received the best deal.
