Never too late to book
It was 8.00pm on a Sunday 30th August when we enquired, on Galaxy Cruises, about a Sky Princess Cruise to the Baltics, after a long search for the holiday package that we wanted. We phoned Customer Services and were informed that an agent would get in touch within 18 seconds, and Ricky did. After much deliberation, and clarification, it was gone 9.00pm before he finally sorted out exactly what we wanted. He was patient, and understanding, polite and knowledgeable. He was brilliant. Thankyou.

The agent we spoke to was very obliging with our requirements. We live in the north of England and a Manchester airport is always our airport of choice. The agent searched around and was able to get us fights.

Ambassador Hotel Chicago and Beds on Line
Further to recent postings I have now accepted a partial compensation from Galaxy Travel. The major fault remains with Ambassador Hotel and Beds on Line and I strongly recommend caution dealing with these two companies. I feel Galaxy could have been more proactive but am prepared to increase the star rating to 3.

Yes enquired online had a quick response spoke to an advisor called Adam we explained our situation he sorted us with a deal we were happy with. Deposit paid email responses really quickly with all the details and from cruise line too. Really good service

Excellent Customer Service from Ricky
Ricky was a very knowledgeable adviser who was always available, day and evening, during the booking process. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was able to answer all our questions and was very quick to respond. Very professional in all aspects and comprehensive paperwork and booking confirmation received promptly by email. Cannot fault the booking process at all, now looking forward to the holiday. Jim understood exactly what we were looking for and answered all our questions. We were happy to get next years cruise booked with him.

Adam was a help booking my cruise.
I phoned Galaxy Cruises about a cruise I wanted to book. Adam was polite, informative and helpful. He ran through all the information and offered advice when I asked. It was easy to book and pay the deposit and within an hour all the information was emailed to me. I would definitely recommend Galaxy Cruises.
