Very helpful and informative especially as I am new to cruising. Excellent price too.

We recently had to cancel a Celebrity cruise that was cruising to Antarctica and the Falkland islands, but as it was a destination on our 'bucket list' we knew that we would likely rebook that cruise at some point. By coincidence we saw a very similar cruise, albeit in January 2029, advertised in a Saturday newspaper by another online travel agent, but because we had an excellent experience booking a previous cruise through Adam at Galaxy Cruises we asked for a quote from Galaxy Cruises, this time from Ricky, who had also been very helpful in the past. We like cabins on the port side when cruising and in a particular part of the ship, usually near the front stairs/lifts. We also had queries around the best flights (we requested BA flights) and various add-ons for that cruise. Ricky was able to answer all our queries to our satisfaction and then provided a very competitive quote with a cabin in the ideal location on the ship. We were very reassured with the detailed information provided in the quote so we booked the cruise without hesitation. I would recommend anyone looking to book a cruise to seriously consider doing so through Galaxy Cruises. Their knowledge of the cruise industry and professionalism is second to none in my view.

I spoke to Richard about a cruise in November to south Korea and Japan. I asked him to arrange flights for me from Manchester Airport, to speak to the cruise company about using g credits i held and to see if travelling on earlier departure dates could save me money. He did all this and came back to me very quickly with all the answers. He then sent all booking details through and gave me his personal extension for any further queries. The whole experience was faultless and very professional.

I would like to thank Adam for booking the 2 cruises for us in January/February 2027, it was a complicated process due to having various cruise credits and future cruise credits with the 2 different cruise companies. He was very patient with me and answered all my queries very professionally as well as getting me a great deal. I will certainly be using them again for future cruises,

We are very frequent cruisers having enjoyed 100 or more cruises. We invariably tend to identify cruises via online or newspaper adverts then we use a select few trusted online cruise agencies to obtain the best quotes. Galaxy Cruises was not one of the cruise agencies we have previously considered, but in a recent Saturday newspaper we saw a cruise we were interested in. We sent off an online enquiry and Ricky from Galaxy came back with a very competitive quote. Then we saw another interesting cruise on Galaxy's web site, made another online enquiry and this time it was Adam from Galaxy who provided a very competitive quote. We had a few queries regarding each cruise, around flights and hotels and both Ricky and Adam were very helpful in answering those queries. Ultimately we had to make a decision on what were both very compelling cruises. It was a very close call, but ultimately it was Adam's cruise we booked. I cannot recommend Ricky and Adam from Galaxy Cruises highly enough. They are a great asset for Galaxy and the cruise industry in general. Galaxy is now our favoured online cruise agency.

I have used Galaxy Cruises in the past. They are up there with the best. They are polite, helpful, and their prices very competitive. I'll certainly be using them again.

I've only made the booking so far but if everything is as easy and the trip is as good I will be pleased. They were able to help me via message systems rather than phone (which I don't like using & asked to use message system). Everything was rapid, the information given was excellent and payment system worked quickly and effectively.

Your operative, Ricky, was helpful and informative both verbally and via correspondence. I asked for the package to be amended a week later and it was done with no fuss, and confirmed back to me

Have not been on the trip yet.
