After seeing a great offer from galaxy cruises on the internet we decided we would like to speak to someone.
First time that we have used Galaxy Cruises but I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. Especially Brian he explains everything in detail and answered our concerns.
Firstly their prices were really good but I would really like to say thank you to Brian who managed my booking as we changed a few things And again Brian delivered.
I must admit we weren’t the easiest customers as I had specific requirements for flights which we changed with his help. both the hotels that were included are fine and a good standard.
Brian was courteous and professional throughout the process and everything worked out well . So we’re looking forward to our first cruise in April 2027 with Galaxy and feel confident about everything. I will of course write another review after our experience , but for now a big thank you Brian your a star xxxx

Another great cruise organised by Adam at Galaxy cruises,
Flights, a couple of nights in Venice exploring before we joined our cruise around the Adriatic then finishing in Athens for another night exploring the city. Hassle free holiday very much enjoyed and a fantastic price.
Easy to arrange just told Adam what we wanted and shortly afterwards option were sent and holiday booked as simple as that.
Booked our next one already.

Everything was planned out well, booking process was easy to follow. cruise was excellent, fantastic food.service first class. The hotels before and after the cruise were also very clean and in a good area for sightseeing. All in all thoroughly enjoyed and already booked another cruise with you

Only used this company once but would definitely use again. The staff are helpful and the choice of holidays is extensive. The pricing is very competitive. Can't wait to take the holiday now.

Just booked 2 cruises with Galaxy cruises and Adam got me the best prices by far. My booking was not straightforward as we had different credits with the 2 cruise lines but Adam was very patient and found us a great deal. Well done Adam and will certainly use you in the future.

The pricing was very competitive for the cruise i was looking at, although i struggled a bit when i was looking at cabin options and pricing, mainly due to communication problems. An email confirming what was on offer soon sorted this out, with the booking soon confirmed there after. Overall, it was a positive experience

My experience with Galaxy so far has been extremely disappointing, especially considering we do not travel until the end of 2026.

Firstly, after booking well in advance, we were not informed when the flights became available. As a result, we were left with very limited and undesirable flight options, unless we were prepared to pay an additional amount to secure the promised three days in Sydney before the cruise.

Secondly, when we made the booking, we were assured that our hotel would be located no more than 25 minutes from the cruise port. We have since discovered that the hotel is almost an hour away and situated in an industrial area with very little nearby for us to see or do. This is far from what was originally described to us and does not meet our expectations.

We cruise two or three times a year and place great importance on receiving accurate information and honest advice when booking our holidays. Unfortunately, the information provided to us at the time of booking has proven to be misleading, and this has significantly affected our confidence in your company.

Based on our experience so far, I would be very reluctant to book with Galaxy again. I would rather pay more elsewhere and have confidence that the information provided by staff is accurate and transparent from the outset.

We have booked a few cruises with Galaxy. We always speak to Sam who is really friendly and helpful and always tries to get the best out of our holiday for us.
The booking process is straight forward and the information we receive is always easy to read and contains everything we need.

Great to talk to real person (not bot). They understood what cruise l wanted, ensured l got the right London airport, and sorted which class l wanted to fly. Phoned back promptly after confirming flight with air line was available.

Fantastic booking service from agent, information clear and concise. Timeline for payments outlined. Booked following a recommendation from a family member and really glad I did .

I've used this company before and know they give a competitive deal. I did have some personal issues on the return journey home and I was given various prices to different airports. Payment of the deposit was easy.
