I had a policy and got a new phone. I believe I should of been able to change it without ringing up to cancel and then having to go online and start again for new policy

I bought the insurance through wiggle, the insurance starts immediately but I haven't recieved my chrome book yet. Waste of a month's insurance when I haven't recieved my goods

Please avoid this insurance!!!!!! My daughter lost her phone in school we did explain exactly what’s happened we did have lost or stolen policy in place but some how didn’t cover !!!!! All I can say just lie because they not dealing with honest people !!! So please do not even think to deal with this insurance all they good to scam you!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
