I paid 1600 euros for my phone, which was only 7 months old. I was expecting a brand-new phone as a replacement. However, the one they offered to me is refurbished and worth 800 euros. So I paid around 150 for insurance and 75 for excess value and I'm getting a used phone as a replacement.

The customer service agent I think his name is Hari was so helpful he sorted what was a stressful issue with my receipt for me and he was very friendly to deal with and after talking with him I felt reassured that I had my iPhone properly insured and that all my paperwork was in order. Very patient & professional

Instead of setting up a direct debit they set up reoccurring payments making it difficult to cancel. I didn't get any correspondence from them making it difficult for me if ever I need to contact them. Cancelling my policy after 2 months and going with a reputable company. Cheap is not always best.
