Then when I've claimed they've asked for proof again refusing everything ive sent, requesting original PDFs not screenshots. Here I am several weeks later. Filed a second cliam still nothing showing on my account and nothing about sending my phone in. Yet ive paid the excess. LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!!

Will not terminate account
I emailed to cancel contract on 23rd May, and again on 26th May. They have not responded and charged me on 2nd June! Still no response. Absolute scam of a company whom I had been loyal to for years. Very disappointing.

Very easy to put in place and didn't take payment until 1st month. Haven't made a claim however and that's the real test.

Still unresolved - Phone missing and no updates!!
Still unresolved – phone missing and no communication.
My device has now been missing for over a month and I still have no clear update on where it is. Every time I contact them, I either get vague responses or no reply at all.
Despite their public reply claiming they requested more information, this is simply not accurate. I have been consistently chasing them for updates via email and phone, yet I continue to receive vague responses or no reply at all.
(please see my previous review left on March 6th for context!)
Latest update was that “Fonfix will contact me shortly” — but again, nothing.
I’ve had to buy a new phone myself due to the delays.
Very disappointing service. I would not trust this company.

This is not a genuine company
This is not a genuine company. In my experience, it’s a scam.
I paid insurance for almost 3 years for two devices. When I finally needed to make a claim, it was rejected without proper explanation. They completely ignore your emails and do not communicate properly.
What was more frustrating is once I reported the claim they continued to charge me for a device that’s lost . This is a Scam .
They are happy to take your money, but when it comes to paying out, they don’t help. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I paid this insurance every month for two years, believing I was fully covered. When I finally needed to make a claim after losing my phone, I was told that loss was not covered unless I paid an extra fee. This was never made clear when I signed up.
The policy language is vague and subjective, especially regarding loss coverage, which feels deliberately misleading. After paying for two years, being told that I’m not covered when I actually need the service feels dishonest and unfair.
In my experience, this operates like a scam: you pay consistently, but when the moment comes to use the service, they find a way to deny coverage. I feel misled and financially harmed by this company.
