We can see that you provided the referral image requested, however the device currently has a screen protector fitted which appears to show signs of damage. In order for the device condition to be assessed correctly, the screen protector would need to be removed and a new photo of the screen taken and submitted.
We appreciate your comments and understand this may have been inconvenient ahead of your trip.

So far so good I guess!
Fast, efficient service with quick response time to emails. My phone has yet to break down so the service has yet to happen, so I cannot comment on this aspect of their customer service yet.
