I spoke to Lee over the phone and he was super friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did he answer my question, but he also made sure I was fully aware of the updates on my phone and gave me a tracking which was super helpful. The email communication could be improved, as I had no idea what was happening and was not fully updated on the repair progress but one quick call and Lee solved the entire problem. Thank you so much, Lee – a real lifesaver! 10/10 customer service!
My phone is now in perfect condition so I’m happy with the experience overall but, the email communication should be improved and it would have been be a 4 star review but Lee bumped this up to 5!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Do not be fooled by their 'we're so friendly and here to help you' spiel. This is my third year with them and I recently had to make my first claim (for a lost/stolen phone). From the beginning they were obstructive, rude, careless, unprofessional and unhelpful. They demanded more and more information, including stuff that was impossible to get from my phone provider. And at the end of the 3-week tortuous process they gave me a fraction of the value of the phone.

From quote to claim and then to renewal. This was the best experience of insurance I have ever had.
Very helpful staff. Everything clearly explained. All staff know how to help the customer.
I had reason to make a claim and I wasn't looking forward to it. My case was handled by one person, I didn't have to explain over and over what had happened. Fast and efficient pay out without any quibble. Highly recommend.
